TBF, you try and come up with a reason, how ever tenuous that gives Ipswich priority. As I see it Danny has been owned by 3 clubs, Peterborough, Ipswich and Birmingham and all 3 have been EL clubs. He is primarily an EL rider who happens to have dropped down for a few more meetings. He's not really a PL rider is he?

The only claim I can see you have is he did at least at one time belong to Ipswich and does have some links with you.

If Ipswich want priority surely they just need to make him an asset - simples!

Indeed once a Witch always a Witch!

I did partly tongue in cheek claim as a BSPA asset the PL has most shares in a previous post but the point has some merit!

Danny agreed his deal to ride for Ipswich in October (the day after he rode in the 16 lapper)

Presumably Ipswich had to agree a loan deal with the BSPA and as such at that time he became a Witch for 2015.

That first loan deal should take priority - any subsequent deal should be a sub loan.

Its called double UP not double DOWN although I accept the whole principle of the system has been bastardised since its inception.

Either way it may not be a disaster as I understand there could be as few as 3 clashes given differing start times on Good Friday for example.

I can't argue with the rest either way tbh., I can see both points. But this one I'll argue ;) Double up is a phrase, it means have twice as much of something. Not to literately double UP ;) Where as to double down, means to double a bet.

which is why I said how it had changed since inception.

Infact the fastrack probably better fits the original ethos of doubling up. ie givng up and comers the chance to sample the EL without taking the full plunge.

DU now has no such aim in reality although could again if the 2 year rule is maintained.

As part of Coventry's commitment to development in speedway, we wanted to give a couple of Premier League fence panels the opportunity to gain Elite League experience before deciding whether to move up full time.....

Pleased to see your sense of humour is still evident, I presume you have paid the appropriate loan fee.

50p says the 2 year rule is dumped in about, lets say, 2 years time :D Like it was back in about 2004 when the original 2 year limit expired lol

with the odds that would be offered for that happening you may see a return of a nominal penny on your investment!
