stevebrum
Oh dear, the day the Freddie/ Stevebrum bromance died All the best Rob Such is life, often you're heroes let you down. You needed more than one rider using better equipment to get near the play offs. He was the only rider to blame Like last year if we had a number one performing as they should we wouldn't be cast adrift IMHO.
BWitcher
You can take an engine on a plane and back again riders do it all the time. He blew his Wolves engine last week so he will be bringing one from Sweden. So Horton wants you to believe. Fred will do just fine, but I highly doubt he will be bringing his 'best engine' from Sweden with a Swedish playoff final the following night. Just a bit of propaganda in the press release is all. He's a professional rider who will ensure he is competitive. Edited September 11, 2015 by BWitcher
SCB
It was once upon a time OK then, it's what every Wolves rider dreams off, getting away from yam yam land and signing for a team that makes the play-offs far more often than it doesn't. He will still use his bikes here obviously.

On his average I wouldn't complain at all! A team of Jonsson Garrity Kylmakorpi Lindgren Harris Looks very tasty to me. However I'm more concerned about 2017......

full-throttle
so Mick rings four or five riders offering silly money which was refused. I reckon the gate receipts for the semi would probably cover the offer, 500 extra fans @£20 = £10k as for freddie, maybe he has been offered a guarantee and that should the bees get to the final he would also be used at the same rate, who wouldn't make sure they are prepared well so as to earn some ££££
stevebrum
Stevebrum is calling Lindgren for everything for guesting for Bees and ensuring he has his best equipment available. Yet if the situation was reversed and it was (and you'll all have to do a bit of suspending of your disbelief here) Wolves in the play offs and Chris Harris was deputising for them, he'd expect nothing more than 100%. And he knows he'd get 100% from Bomber too. You don't get my point clearly. It's nothing to do with giving 100% or guesting , which I assume all riders intend to do. It was about bringing equipment not usually used for your parent club - which is superior I would imagine. Anyway as I have yet to read Freddie's take on it I will take it with a pinch of salt. You do realise he blew an engine last week so he's has to bring one over from Sweden? Probably couldn't take the guest booking otherwise and of course Havelock puts a positive spin on it, who wouldn't? Id says he'd do exactly the same if Wolves still had meetings left. It wasn't just about equipment. his best A game is for Wolves and himself. No one else. I think you're bothered that he might show the sort of form for Coventry, that he hasn't shown for Wolves on many occasions this season.

home straight
To be fair to my buddy Stevebrum, I'd be annoyed if a Poole legend signed for a team in the playoffs at the end of the season, too, particularly if there was a suggestion that he was bringing superior equipment to that which he'd used in the regular season. However, now he's had time to sleep on it, I'm sure Steve will admit, that for Freddie, getting a chance to ride for one of the "big two" is a chance he can't turn down. It's been well documented that Freddie has always wanted to ride for Poole, but sadly he's never had the chance, so going to Coventry, even for a short while, is the next best thing..... He is just guesting. Nothing more to see. Nice try with the last paragraph, the first was so promising.
