Woz01
No sure about relying on a Wolves rider to give his all for Coventry! Bringing his Swedish bikes over probably shows more commitment to Cov than he did for Wolves all season 😉

I seem to remember you saying speedway riders are professional when supporters have moaned about Agent Bjarne, Agent Watt etc, etc in the past!

CB252
For what it's worth I can't imagine there's a fat lot of difference between Freddie's Swedish and English bikes. He's a decent rider that's had a dreadful season in the UK riding in a struggling team. He showed a few flashes when Wolves stuck him in number five and rode OK for Lynn against us so hopefully he'll do OK. He got the better of Holder several times when I saw him at Monmore Vs Poole, so we can hope. Â There's nothing to lose though. Poole topped the League and are massive favourites, just as they would have been if Kylmakorpi were riding.

home straight
Fair play to Coventry, Lindgren in for Kylmakorpi is a good bit of business. In fact it's like alchemy. Â Though I do feel sorry for the fair-minded Coventry fans who will undoubtedly feel that if they win the semi now it's a bit of a hollow victory.........

Bees_Man
40-50 first leg. Probably weirdly a little closure away. We just won't be near enough at the starts which is where it will he lost, especially if track is wet.
CB252
 55 - 35 First leg 48 - 42 2nd leg.  Coventry's to lose   Ha, ha, nice try. We have nothing to lose as we didn't finish top.  We did exactlly what most sane people expected (note to Speedway Star experts!) and qualified comfortably for the Playoffs, but we were never likely to be in with a shot of winning them. We just won't be near enough at the starts which is where it will he lost, especially if track is wet. In all seriousness I reckon it's wide open. Lindgren in for Kylmo certainly makes the bees stronger, (no complaints by the way, we've certainly benefitted from similar astute signings). Â Granted, the Pirates tend to of well at Brandon, but equally, the bees are strong at WR, Harris and Lindgren in particular and Garrity and Sarje are as good as anyone at reserve. I think it could go either way.... Â Â Ha, ha, nice try. We have nothing to lose as we didn't finish top. We're shutting down after next season (or after this season if you believe some worrying rumours).
