Game On
Yeah seems like it. Has Horton tried more realistic targets? Fair play to him for going after a stellar signing but someone who knows Britain well can be just as beneficial. Do you honestly believe he tries to sign Emil, I've heard it all now. stevebrum
Bees have tried to sign several riders including Tai, Emil Dudek and Zmarzlik according to the daily star article So, we have failed in a bid to land Woffinden. That's a damn shame IF true then Coventry are the club that Pete Adams said made an illegal approach to Tai. So I'm delighted the Bees failed on that count IF TRUE. Brandon
With Mick Horton making a fuss about AJ returning tonight, could he be in their plans. Just fits I think?

foreverblue
Cant sign a rider that's listed at another British club. He can't guest for Kylmo his average is too high We have approached a number of riders, both new to the UK and established names The question remains can you build to the team limit or can it be only like for like. thecoombdog
Ok cheers Neil. Good to know the effort is there! Its all we can ask. Coventry fans are getting Levy'd like all us Spurs fans do every transfer window. Approach players who you know aren't interested and when you are turned down just say oh well we did try. Woffy has made it clear he will only ride for 1 British club.
foreverblue
Wasn't Jonasson asking about a EL place? I know he isn't the class of the riders being mentioned but still maybe better than r/r.

To be fair he has to ask the question otherwise fans would get on his back. The signing will not be in the class of the riders named. Woz01
What signing Sorry I edited it to say not in the same class as riders named. Missed the not in the sentence lol. I'll guess that we will be getting an experienced rider who's rode in Britain before. Edited September 9, 2015 by woz01

mdmc82
Sounds like Horton is really trying. Would have been great to have Emil. Not really sure if I would trust Tai against Poole. How about Larsen or Pedersen?

The names you lot are coming out with are utterly ridiculous.
TheSmiler
Isn't Sundstrom a more likely option? Could MJJ be tempted back for 4 meetings?
CB252
Wasn't Jonasson asking about a EL place? I know he isn't the class of the riders being mentioned but still maybe better than r/r. Again, he's tainted and couldn't be trusted against Poole. He's also the kind of rider who gives up when things get a bit tough. You could see him agreeing to come but giving it half an effort and scoring 0, especially from a heat leader berth. Save the cash and go with RR and don't jeopardise the financial footing of the club any further chasing a tie which can't be won is my advice.
