markyb
See below! What I do find amusing though, people actually believed the hype and sh!ite from posts here about Ward coming to the Bees You've also spoilt some fun posting that so soon Neil! Love them or hate them, it's the play offs that matter! We'll be found wanting, if something happens to one of our lynch pins like Garrity and Hans decides to go on holiday again Such a shame for the proprietors of the Roseycombe. I have heard that they ordered 3 times their usual beer deliveries for the July and August period on the strength of the rumours ! Seriously though, Anderson to Swindon, Ward to Coventry sounds real good and an attendance boom for Coventry would be on the cards IMO. shinyhine
As much as I like robbo he is on borrowed time mick Horton knows what he has to do and I think he will but if not then we still have a good team who have had a good season . Right change now then we will be elite league champs Up the bees

Woz01
would Sunstrom fit now or is his average to high ?To replace Robbo then yes. I'd prefer Howarth to Zengota just for the fact we will need to beat Poole in the playoffs and Howarth is good round there. Bee 26
Shame to release Robbo but if we could replace him with either Zengi or Howarth then it has to be done
mdmc82
Shame to release Robbo but if we could replace him with either Zengi or Howarth then it has to be doneI really like Robson and he is a trier but he is a 4pt rider. If we could get in either of the above who both ride Brandon well and are capable of 8+ on our track as second strings then it would be madness not too. I guess we will have to wait and see. Zengota & Howarth both ride for Swindon at the moment Edited June 24, 2015 by mdmc82
shinyhine
Just read micks statement again he said why would we consider changes he didn't say he was not going to make changes plus the fact that robbo still rides for us at the present moment so he would not confirm now Just sayin
CB252
Kyle Howarth back at Coventry ? Hope not. Replace Robbo with someone that isn't significantly better than him (at this point in his career) and then use Robbo as a guest for the umpteen matches that Howarth will miss whilst he's riding in the PL? Pointless.

Game On
I agree. I personally would only replace Robson if Zengi is available. Howarth is far better away from home I agree. Woz01
Howarth is far better away from home Howarth is far better away from home Howarth is far better at Poole. We are pretty much in the playoffs anyway so we should build for that and to win it you probably need to beat Poole. Swindon might not release either yet but when you have an option to replace a 4.8 rider for a 6.5 you have to make it happen. CB252
Howarth is quoted as 'not liking Horton ' so probably no relevant anyway. I'd dispute Howarth being better away as well. He had some true stinkers last year. Kings Lynn and Wolves come to mind.
SteveLyric2
Howarth has a higher July average than Zengota.
Grachan
I would say this if Swindon do sign Ward, then it would have to be Howarth they release as they would probably have to go with a new double-upper. I wonder if he's aware of this possibility. http://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/sport/13343850.Howarth_wants_Robins__number_one_issue_sorted/

What you have to look at is that unless something drastically happens we will be in the playoffs Howarth will not miss these due to Pl matches he rides Swindon and poole very well and Cov so it's a win win situation
Woz01
This might be all academic anyway we don't know if Howarth or Zengota will be released. We could even go for someone else.

Woz01
Or do nothing! Quite possibly but that would be poor from the promotion if they are serious about winning the EL.
