Zengi is in Swindons team. Try and show some respect to them. How pissed off would you be if Swindon started naming Bees riders in possible team changes.

Haha I said it as a joke yesterday! Now everyone is linking him with Cov. Bet the usual suspect was there last night saying they had some inside info and Zengi would be the next rider in!

Are you seriously saying Harris often goes walkabout when we need him most

He's the rider I would most want in my heat 15 most of the time if it's down to a last heat decider.

OK, yes, most of the time when we need him most he usually does the business, unlike Andersen. But if only he didn't have his regular dips in scoring, we might not have our backs to the wall so often.

I could be wrong but maybe he is trying too many things out by testing different engines and frames. Looked quick the start of the season & at King's Lynn in the SWC.

Had a lot of speed in heat 15 at Poole & last night when looked like he was going to take the lead but then the bikes came to a stop.

With both Harris & Hans we know it's not the riders as both are very capable. The problem is how long will it be before bike problems are sorted esp for Hans. Both have posted on Twitter as saying they now know the problem so hopefully that means they know the solutions.

I guess we will soon see next week.

We are going to need everybody firing with James most likely to be out again next week. Guest options not looking great for Monday. Would we be able to use Bates again next Friday if needed as it would be the 8th day?

I may not be as clued up as the regulars on here, but I'm baffled by all this talk of changes to the middle order, when our problem lies with a top two who so often go walkabout when they are most needed. Last night Robbo & co saved the day yet again whilst Andersen & Harris seemed to have forgotten how to set up their bikes and/or how to ride. How many times have we seen that in the last few years? Leicester must be wondering how they managed to lose last night.

All we need for a play-off winning side is at least one heat leader who consistently scores double figures (10 from 5 only equals an 8-point average, after all).

Robbo saved the day? Did you see who he beat? Wozniak, Hall and Greenwood before beating Doyle in heat 15. Between Wozniak, Hall and Greenwood they didn't beat a single Bees rider who finished a race.

The other thing is why replace Hans and Harris when we know they can do better and who do you replace them with? There are no 7-9 point riders (Ward aside) available. Yet Robbo is not going to get better, he has got gradually worse for the last 10 season. He is what he is now, a 4.5 second string. And you're looking at one meeting for Robbo. Lets take his last 5 scores before thatr, 0,5,4,3,3. Are they really any better than what Hans and Bomber have been producing? No way.

Bring in a 6.5 rider for Robbo and 6.5 riders at second string tend to score 8 and 9 points a meeting (see King and Kylmos scores while at #4 this season) rather than the 4.8 that Robbo scores, thats 4 exta points for us 4 less for the opposition.

Hans has been poor most of the year, Harris lacklustre in the last few months but Robbo has been naff all season and doesn't have the class of the other two to turn it around. Not when you consider there ARE 6-6.5 riders out there to replace him if the management REALLY want them. Ok to save a few quid stick with Robbo until the end of July, we're still going to make the play-offs but at the end of July we need to make a change so we're good for the play-offs (I say end of July and no team changed are allowed in August or September)

i don't agree that Hans has been poor all season. He had a solid start to this season with his scores being 12, 7, 10, 2, 11, 10, 7, 9

It's been since the Kings Lynn away meeting he has lost form and then when he was picking up again he got injured.

my point really was that they need to be getting close to their average every match, especially at home. A string of double figures then a few 4s and 5s is not going to win the big ones.

Harris has been getting close to his average (7) if not more home & away so far this season. His scores have been

10, 9, 10, 6, 10,10,12, 5, 9, 7, 8, 9, 8, 5, 7,4

He has far more meetings when he has scored more than his average than below. It should be taken in to account also that for the last two meetings he is riding with an arm injury.

I wrote Robbo & co, meaning the rest of the team besides the top 2. Must try to be clearer in future. But to answer your question, he beat his opposite numbers, which Andersen & Harris did not

The other thing is why replace Hans and Harris

I never suggested replacing them, just mentioned that they are not performing

Doesn't win matches against good sides if the top 2 score 8 between them

Hans has been poor most of the year, Harris lacklustre in the last few months

errm .. the season is only 2 months old. Which few months are you referring to?

No point in replace Hans now he will be in a 2nd string position. Replace Robbo with a 6.5 rider and we will look extremely solid where all the top 5 are heat leader quality.

How will Andersen ride at 2 or 4 when he is still 2nd in the averages.

Prior to last night, rolling averages were - courtesy of kandysoft.com.

Harris 7.48

Andersen 7.11

King 6.37

Kylmakorpi 6.35

Robson 4.59

Total 31.90

It's because his heart is in Swindon and is probably sick of Havelock and his constant whinging.

I see you have only just joined the forum and already spouting rubbish

I take it that's why Hans also has no speed in the SEC having scored 0,0,1,0,1 😴 💤💤💤

The following month he will likely be a 2nd string unless he scores big this month. Edited by woz01

It's funny how views change! Fans of elite league teams viewed Darcy Ward as a rider they disliked a lot, he then has the incident at the GP and gets banned. Loads of fans want him banned from anything from two years to the rest of his career excluding the Pirates fans who in the main supported him. Yet now he seems like the saviour to loads of teams who all want him to ride for them!!!!

My views haven't changed. I would rather not make the play offs than have a low life like Ward in my team.

Agreed. I'm generally a win at all cost sort of guy, but Ward is too far even for me! It seems we have found my limit.
