Woz01
MJJ? Really? The guy has show time and time again he isn't interested in the UK. Over-rated in the UK but if he was commited a steal of a average. It was a comment by me about the quality of rider that's might be possible to replace Robbo with. I didn't necessarily say we should sign him just the type of quality if the averages work out. Edited April 22, 2015 by woz01
SCB
Lets be honest, if MJJ had fitted, MJJ 50% of the time and a guest the other 50% of the time (could even be Robbo!) would be stronger than Robbo. As it is, he won't fit.

mdmc82
On the new draft list starting 1st May, Sarjeant has moved from the 11th ranked rider to the 5th. Was always confused as he was ranked so low in the first place.
mdmc82
Hans is gonna be a huge loss to us when we have to go to Lakeside without him esp with not many guests available. At the moment guesting at Leicester he's scored 3,3,
Bees_Man
Yes shame he appears to be struggling at Brandon. His home average for this season is around 6.

It's when we got back to Leicester the week after he is missing - and the options for guests is limited to Nick Morris basically.

Sorry meant Leicester (it's cos I was thinking of guesting for Lakeside tonight) Morris in good form but no where near Hans at Leicester. Morris only scored 6 tonight & that wasn't racing at No 1. Maybe rain will save us lol 😉
SCB
Sorry meant Leicester (it's cos I was thinking of guesting for Lakeside tonight) Phew! I was worried we were messed up for two meetings there! As for Morris, yep, doesn't look great. The other option is pay Zagar his alleged £3000 a meeting but he doesn't generally do guest bookings and doesn't like Leciester.
Robbobee
Nick Morris scored 6 paid 9 from 4 rides tonight whilst Hans scored 12 from 5 ( ifgnoring the double pts ride ) - think Morris is still our best option as a guest ... markyb
Coventrybees.co website Thursday website Thursday August 29th 2013 stated "No.1 Krzysztof Kasparzak who has been released from his contract after several inconstant displays" Fast forwards to Wednesday March 25th 2015 following the sacking of Jakob Jamrog - Mr Mick Horton quoted "I'm concerned of the fact that it's a short season, with only 28 matches and if we were to lose meetings by the odd few points, then suddenly we'd be playing catch-up" Come on Mr Horton, time to show consistency. Surely about time Anderson was relieved of his duties as he ain't worthy of being allowed to continue to be in the privileged position of wearing the Coventry team colours. The history of the club and the fan base of old and present deserve more than the contempt he appears to be showing.

At least KL and Coventry have something in common - they both appear to want rid of a Danish rider who has been very loyal to British speedway when others have turned their backs. I think Hansi is great for a team - he offers much more than just riding bikes. Let's assume both teams get their wish - who is going to replace them ?

Brandon
Give Hans a break. We're top of the league by a mile whilst he's out of form. It a tough position at no.1, he may have been doing better guesting elsewhere but Christ give the guy a break. Rough with the smooth guys, let's give the guy a chance to ride himself out of the dip especially whilst we're top of the league. This team isn't all about what's going on on track you know!

Well said. Yes Hans has struggled a bit this week but I'm sure it's just as annoying for him. If we are doing well without some of our riders at their best then imagine what we can do when all firing.Look at some of the other No 1s in the league and you will see he's not the only ones to have off meetings: Holder, Doyle, Freddie, Zagar AJ and Iversen have all had bad ones. shinyhine
Hans Andersen is a true number one he does try but is lacking something at the moment but he will find it . Just think of the alternative we used to have a number one who could not beat other teams reserves one night and the next night win a Grand Prix challenge before going on to be successful in the actual series . Come on guys he will come good Up the bees
