Game On
So the million dollar question is should we swap Robbo or wait and if we do who is out there.
shinyhine
I still on the fence about robbo if he stays then great as he is a fantastic guy who will do a job or if we sign a 6 pointer it would make us clear overwhelming favourites for the title . Either way . Up the bees
SCB
So the million dollar question is should we swap Robbo or wait and if we do who is out there. Ben Barker, Kenneth Hansen (hahaha!) and Lasse Bjerre are probably the most easily available riders. We could always sign Timo Lahti, after all we have already signed Eagles assets Cam Woodward, Lewis Bridger and Joonas Kylmakorpi this season While I was against his signing as the 4th riders, Nikolai Klindt would be a decent enough signing as the 5th rider in the team - especially as his average is going to go up to 6+ once he gets a new GSA giving more scope if he under performs. How much have we got to play with points wise?

Woz01
What's MJJ on? Has to be close to that? I think a number of riders would be an improvement.

Can't see our management wanting MJJ after last season or him wanting to ride for us. Need commited riders

I'd love MJJ back but it's just not going to happen is it. Being realistic we're looking at Barker and Klindt. Both would an improvement and both are going to be at the cheaper end of the scale. Barker started the season very slowly and only just returning from injury. Also would miss missing due to PL commitments so would be back to same situation as now. Can't see our management replacing Robson. It would be nice to have an update on this scan or how long he will be out for though.

As for the suggestion that Robbo is as good as Barker, madness, I don't think Robbo has ever had an EL average higher than Barker in any season. I don't rate Barker. As I mentioned above, our promoters have not given any indication that they are planning on making a change. NeilWatson
Stuart is hoping to be back at Belle Vue on Monday. Danny King will receive a new average (along with the rest of the Bees team) effective from 1st May.

Perhaps there are other reasons why Barker hasn't been offered an EL place.....anywhere? Just ask a few riders of any team their opinion of him!!

Not great for team spirit
Studland Bee
Robbo is out on his mountain bike every day looking to return on Monday at Belle Vue. He was considering riding at Redcar tonight, but decided the extra few days would help him back to full movement.
