markyb
Mr Horton and Mr Watson - time to eat humble pie. Whatever you did to Kyle Howarth for him to want to leave Coventry you have to apologise. He is an absolute must to have in the team for the balance of year. So sorry to say that Robbo is past his sell by date - but has been an absolute servant to Coventry and would still expect him to put in a massive score against us in the future. Am devastated for Rosco in taking on Ward - only hope he holds on to him for 2016 too. In my book, despite the problems he has brought to himself and the sport, he was and hopefully will be the best since "sliced bread". welcome back Darcy

I thought Howarth returned to Swindon as he wanted to ride for Rosco (I bet he regrets that now) and they offered more money? Robson has had some great meetings over the years for Coventry. However when you look at the points he's picking up they are mainly wins over Hans or reserves. He is struggling a bit in the PL as well by his own admission. I think if we are serious about the title and have over 6pts left then it would be madness not to strengthen. mdmc82
Correct, with someone other than Howarth! Howarth makes us stronger than Robson, although I do agree if we have over 6pts available then somebody like Sundstrom would be better. Unfortunately I can't see it happening. Woz01
Can I ask where this information has come from that there is an issue with Kyle and the promotion? Can't say I've heard anything either. Think Kyle wanted a move away as he missed a lot of EL meetings last season and wouldn't miss as many riding at a Thursday track. Think Kyle wanted a move away as he missed a lot of EL meetings last season and wouldn't miss as many riding at a Thursday track. That was my recollection. I do remember a lot of supporters moaning prior to the play-offs as to the amount of meetings he was missing!
Aces51
I'm sure there was something reported earlier this year about his problems with the Coventry management, maybe in the Star but I can't now remember when or where. In reality any such issues can be quickly resolved when either a club needs a rider or, a rider needs a club.
mdmc82
I would like to see a link to a article that says that he had a falling out with Coventry. Please can somebody send the link to it. At the time it was said it was due to the fact Swindon offered him more money (which is why Havelock calls him Judas when joking with him on Twitter)
CB252
It was in his Adver column. Can't find a link to it. He said it was OK at Coventry but he didn't get on with the promotor. Edited July 8, 2015 by CB252

speedybee
Howarth, Harris and Garrity would have been my first names on the team sheet this year so I was sad to see him go. It would be great to have him back in the fold. Edited July 8, 2015 by speedybee

mdmc82
Howarth has liked a lot of tweets saying you should have stayed at Coventry or would you come back to the bees. He gets on really well with the bees team & Havvy plus would be with a guaranteed play off team. Question is does Horton want him back? The problem is we need our management to see that a change would make us stronger. I think to listen to them that their thought is we are top of the league so why is a change needed. However Robson is struggling and could make a big difference in the play offs as we saw last year when they stuck with Hansen. Bee 26
To stand any chance in the playoffs then we need to make a change, hopefully Horton has sorted out any differences and signed Howarth
