Falcon Hammer
That the same Tai thats wants less meetings to ride for his parent club but suddenly will ride for Coventry? Poor Steve, must be driving you mad. Think I will include Tai in the Lakeside team for the full set
Woz01
Just a bit of fun. 1, Andersen 2, Fricke 3, Pawlicki 4, Woodward 5, Harris 6, Garrity 7, Jacobs
foreverblue
Can't think of many worse signings. Poor, poor, poor. Teh guy has an 8.5 home average so he has no chance of maintaining his average. So many better 6 pointers aroundI think your wrong, definately capable of improving on his average and will be a solid scorer home and away, just because he has ridden for eastbourne doesnt make him a one track pony, didnt have his best season last year and dont see that he is worse than any other rider on a. 6.32 average or lower
mdmc82
Last years team were exciting to watch home and away and had a good bond. They got us to the final so was hoping there wouldn't be too many changes to it. I understand D/U can be a pain but when Howarth was missing we got to use some great guests

Woodward is a good second string at best, I seriously doubt he will up his average this year.
Hackett
Cam will do a decent job. At Eastbourne he was excellent and riding as a heatleader week in week out and captaining the Eagles. If the Bees plans are as stipulated on Press Release he could be riding second string - once he gets dialled in he will be 3rd heatleader easy. Just expect a slow start with his thigh injury - He will do a decent job.
kingbee
Has the "only 2 riders over 7.00" rule been confirmed? I've not seen it anywhere official. Unsurprisingly that would suit Poole rather well with Pawlicki on 6.75... would suit Coventry as well

The year before his best away track was Peterborough who are also no longer in the EL! Then he basically scores 6 everywhere, not impressive at all. It's not as if 2014 is a one off, he is the same every season. Don't forget a few weeks ago he was looking to double up. So expect a poor start to get that average under 6 ASAP. shinyhine
If we have a competitive team challenging for honours then great but for me I am just happy we still have speedway in coventry. Come on the bees
mdmc82
It looks like Garrity will not be protected in the FTD (at his own request) This means we will get last pick in group A as Poole and Kings Lynn will have protected riders. TheSmiler
Looks like we may end up with Charles Wright or Adam Roynon

Which means the draft has already failed. Riders sign up to the draft and go where they're told. If he doesn't want to be at Coventry I say we still pick him then try and swap with someone - being left with last pick would leave us with a poor reserve. Assuming Lynn don't protect Rose. Garrity off to Wolves then, and presumably Blackbird to Swindon. Coventry could have Birks, or Kerr if unprotected. Whichever way you slice it I don't see any team having a poor senior reserve.
orion
Be massive if Wolves get Garrity he's like a heat leader there ...Cov should just pick him if he says no it will be better he gets kick out rather that letting Wolves have him . This also means Lakeside can pick Blackbird now . Edited November 25, 2014 by orion

Exactly. The draft is meant to be you go where picked, as soon as we let one rider dictate where he goes then all hell breaks lose as others have to be given the same privilege. Just a thought.Whats stopping Belle vue protecting Nielsen and letting Swindon have Worrall and then picking Garrity (If Leicester dont). No FTD rider rides Kirky lane better than Garrity does ?.Lots of food for thought i think we will just have to wait untill tomorrow. Exactly. The draft is meant to be you go where picked, as soon as we let one rider dictate where he goes then all hell breaks lose as others have to be given the same privilege. Or you could say that he is happy to be in the draft and be an open pick for everyone. Its just that he does not want to be a protected rider. That is if the rumour is true in the first place.

Because if they protect Nielsen they won't get the chance to pick Garrity as wolves move above them in the pool one picks . Of course if they protect no one then they can have first dibs on Garrity as Leicester won't pick him

Not 100 % sure ...but if that was not the case surely it would give Belle vue a massive advantage as have you have already said they would surely protect Stefan and Pick Garrity .
