mdmc82
Coventry have shown lots this season what they can do when they are up against it. Hans does need to step up but my biggest concern is Barker who is no where near fit. Would be best using a guest if he's still struggling with injury. His last places were the biggest difference last night.
scottyfan
We have already won at Poole this season and kept it close in the other, I see no reason why we can't win there. Even before the rain Harris and Garrity were superb at Poole on Thursday and Hansen has shown his likeness for the track. For me it's all about Hans, we get double figures from him we will be very close. It's far from over. I'd be happy if it was the same score as the ELB fixture Poole 47 Coventry 48!!!! blueherb777
Who really cares about who wins this farce ? Guests galore, more water than Loch Lomond, shortened meetings etc etc. Playoffs just a farce held in the middle of winter. Speedway really gone to the dogs.
thecoombdog
The famous Coventry team spirit disappearing before our eyes last night amused me!! Everyone saying different things at the end!!! Saw from various sources on twitter last night that all was not well. Twitter sources also said they had cancelled their reservation at TGI Fridays in Poole on Monday and will now eat alone at various different fast food outlets across the town now.

Your never happy Scottyfan, that will surely be a first 👍. The score does prove nothing is decided yet. The famous Coventry team spirit disappearing before our eyes last night amused me!! Gavan
Brilliant choices by Poole again. Provide a good track and our boys will score big points Lo brilliant choices! Only choices more like. Poole track is a leveller if its crap and wet Oh and i thought you was a Swindon fan KKS? OUR boys indicates your deep affection for Poole. Your trolling is a tad boring now
mdmc82
Good to see that friendly banter and good posts from most bees and Poole fans. As Gavin has point out, it seems to be fans of teams that didn't make the final that are trolling.

Surely you're not suggesting that he be persuaded to say that he's not fit purely to strengthen the team with a guest? I thought it was only Poole that cheated?

What he said on sky and said off air are not always the same thing. Ask Havvy if he agrees Barker is fit to ride.

At least it gives Gater1 a reason to continue

scottyfan
Maybe/maybe not - Scottyfan will probably have a view though With 2 flakey poles in the team, ........ Coventry will beat Poole easily 52-39!!!!!!
noggin
i like magic seems a decent lad and has stepped up a notch or two this season, fully expect him to hit around 12 points and lift the trophy, Andersen needs to do similar for Bees to stand a chance, Bomber and Kyle can't do it on their own, Garrity should be better, going to close and may be just won by those 3 points 4 if wobbly williamson had stayed on, wonder if middlo told him to just get round.
speedwayfun
Yes hurtling around those bends with no brakes in the rain would make me flakey too !!!!!!!!!!

Surely you're not suggesting that he be persuaded to say that he's not fit purely to strengthen the team with a guest? I thought it was only Poole that cheated? Whether Barker is fit or not, he will ride in this type of meeting. He would ride if his leg was hanging off given half a chance. Not because he should be applauded or given a mass amount if adulation, but because of his burning desire to give it the big I am. Nothing would please him more than to score the winning points in the final. I doubt whether he has indeed recovered and should not have declared himself fit after so long out considering the showpiece he was returning to. It has effectively cost Coventry a good shot at victory.
Gemini
Not being rude but I didn't call Dakota North 'A Pig' on twitter last week neither did I stalk Davey Watt. So I don't think you can call someone else a troll Stalk Davey Watt? Blimey someone has got really bad taste in men.
