Dekker
so is the bubble starting to burst in Poland with regards to rider wages and money that clubs actually have Yup the EEC are questioning where the infastructure money that gets to Polish councils is being spent, certain ones see speedway as infastructure i guess. uk_martin
Maybe one of our Polish friends can translate this site better than Google, to inform us which is confirmed and what is rumour? I take it that what has been translated into "Be" may actually mean "on their way out"? http://m.przegladsportowy.pl/zuzel/ekstraliga,torun-zapowiada-transferowa-ofensywe,artykul,513647,1,984.html

Robinh88
Torun should go next season 1. Grigorij Laguta 2. Adrian Miedlinski 3. Darcy Ward 4. Jason Doyle 5. Emil Sayfiutdinov 6. Reserve 7. Pawlel Predepeldski Surely cheaper than 2014 and I think would win the Extraleague... what a team Edited November 10, 2014 by KurtAngleOlympicChampion

WOULDN'T be surprised at the leaving Torun part as allegedly his signing-on fee demands on the back of his winning the European Championship were too much for the new Torun owners to swallow. Grand Central
So what is the real story about this Suskiewicz guy. It is rare to see any manager's name get mentioned at all; yet no story about Emil is ever free of a mention of this chap. Is he to be admired or feared? Is he serving Emil well? From his photo it is not possible to judge. Is he a bleached Svengali to be trusted; or is he an ex radio DJ who we should all watch carefully? PHILIPRISING
SUSI first appeared on the scene as a mechanic, and a good one, for Tony Rickardsson and was in his crew for most if not all of his six World Championship wins. Was recommended to Emil by Tony and has graduated to chief mechanic and manager of the young Russian. Was invaluable for us Press guys early doors because Emil spoke no English but could converse in Polish for Susi to translate. Seems to have gained in influence over Emil in recent seasons to such an extent that he is invariably pulling the strings. Personally don't think Emil, having had a one-to-one with him this year, is so much coerced as brain-washed into going along a route prescribed by Susi. I remain convinced that it is Susi, for whatever reason, who is responsible for Emil shunning the SGP. I do know for a fact that his astronomic demands of Torun, rumoured to be around 400,000 euros, were based on his Euro win but was told that that meant nothing.

When it actually adversely affects those 'around' the principal, even more. Imagine how easier the negotiations for a wheelbarrow-full of-cash would have gone with a WORLD title in the tool box. Genuine gold, instead of that rather chocolate-filled version he has. . Edited November 10, 2014 by Grand Central

How do Emil's demands differ from other top riders? He wants a load of dosh to be able to have another go in the GPS doesn't he?
