uk_martin
Looking a bit further down the road, the news is that a debt free Wanda Krakow are looking for their promotion to League 1 and a new freshly financed Poznan Scorpions will be looking to join the 2nd League in 2016. Maybe a few years later, there will be a couple more EE teams located where the planes go, making more trips from the UK possible.

Kitch87
The reason why Gorzow have a conditional license is because they need a new airfence, it is past it's expiry date, I think it is from 2007, unsure. That's the condition, they will receive a license as long as they get a new airfence. They knew this would be the case in advance. They are talking 200k zloty for the airfence, and want the local authority to pay for it as they only rent the stadium from the local authority. uk_martin
7 years use out of an air fence? Do British clubs renew their air fences every 7 years? Wow, do the maths, 200k zloties is roughly £40,000 divided by each usable season = just under £6000 per season. Including play-off's and GP's that's £600 per meeting. Good job that they get an average attendance of over 13,000 innit?

Good job that they get an average attendance of over 13,000 innit? Thats the standard age for an APD under FIM rules. BUT, as pointed by marek wojakzek to me esrlier this year, the polish system is a bit different. They have their own track officers doing the rounds and give "track stamps" for two years at a time. So basically it seems that the current apd has failed or is considered to fail in the inspection for 2015.
uk_martin
So does it go on age only? In which case why aren't we hearing British promoters complaining about the cost every 7 years or so? PL and NL teams needed special fund raising efforts to roll out air fences all round. Gawd help them iF they all have to replace them in 2020.

Fim rule is 5 years granted, then a visual inspection and in most cases its 2 years more. After seven its scrap. UNLESS theres a FMN rule that says its good for longer. Like in the UK, the first six years are given.

racers and royals
N sport have won the contract for 2016-8 for extraleague coverage.Below is Google translation of Sportowefakty article. An interesting part is now they are talking of adding to the few Sasturday meetings they had to Fridays as well !! We already know what the station will show the game Ekstraligi slag in the years 2016-2018. Sitting in Warsaw shareholders Speedway Ekstraligi put back on the NC +. The struggle for the purchase of rights to Ekstraligi slag in recent weeks, fueled awareness supporters mainly due to the fact that relatively recently, some of them had to pay for the ability to watch your beloved league games. The announcement by Speedway Extraliga bid for the rights in the years 2016-2018 was the moment in which there may have been another change. But that did not happen. As it turns out, the most advantageous bid by NC + platform, which will pay for three years of law over 25 million! This is money so far unheard of in Polish slag. Additional nearly 18 million NC + intends to allocate the production of television and the involvement of the latest technology. From the point of view of the fans is also important information that the main channel of transmission will nSport, which will be available in the cheapest package NC + platform With each queue NC + will be obliged to broadcast at least two meetings. If it comes to that match shall also be designated on a Friday or Saturday, the fans will see an additional ten such meetings. As in previous years, a summary of the queue will be seen in a magazine. The novelty will be the involvement of the super slow motion cameras at all matches, not just in the meetings of the play-offs. The most serious challenger NC + platform in the race for the right to Ekstraligi slag was Polsat, but its offer differed from that which made NC +.
