Blacksmith
if anyone can get it in tip top condition Bob can. Not too many better about IMO.If the track is in a mess the question will be, can Bob fix it

Nutz
Think we'd be silently happy if we can keep the gap to single figures...
Chris Hutcheson
Agreed Nuts, anything under 10 is manageable. I'd love a win after being robbed in the league though!
2ndbendbeerhut
Weather is fine here at the moment, quite warm too, but let that fool ya, Foxhall always has its own climate!
Taylorj
I see the monarchs have the second leg of the play off finals aswell, shame we couldn't have this one. We all know who's Edinburghs manager and chair of the BSPA Best of luck Witches
Blacksmith
Steve Worrall is apparently missing tonight, so Monarchs will be using rider replacement. A poster on Monarchs Facebook page, quoting twitter as the source
TheScotsman
Well that's a helluva blow. Max & Justin taking rides for him is fine but the reserves..............?? Need some of Deek's Foxhall form from last year.
Blacksmith
Confirmed on official Monarchs site, Steve is missing as his partner has gone into labour. Rider replacement has been requested, and granted.
TheScotsman
Let's hope all goes well for Stevie and his partner. (And that he'll be back raring to go next week!!)

TheScotsman
He'll be even more knackered than when he does 8 meetings in a row!!
spanner47
Lovely weather ( for October ) will hopefully bring out a good crowd tonight. Just hope we've got a decent Ref who the riders respect, then we wont have too much messing around at the start.
Super Blue
The problem with Foxhall is that even with a decent crowd the place still looks empty, I find the only guide line is how far you have to go back in the car park. As far as a decent ref is concerned I agree wholeheartedly. Both teams have there renowned rollers at no1 so will be interesting to see who gets the first official warning of the night. So here's hoping for a good competitive meeting on a well prepared track with everyone staying safe and a reasonable little lead for the Witches to stand a chance tomorrow! Mr Blobby
We needed the reserves to score some points away from home. with Steve missing we need them to step up big time tonight if we want to go through Edited October 16, 2014 by Mr Blobby
Young51
We all know who's Edinburghs manager and chair of the BSPA Best of luck Witches Err..Monarchs have very rarely had the second leg of any competition semi or final in the past few years TaylorJ..so yet more guff directed towards our promotion that has no foundation..dearo.dear!!Aye,jealousy is an awfy thing right enough my Cumbrian friend.. things must be bad if you're backing the Bitches.. 2ndbendbeerhut
We needed the reserves to score some points away from home. with Steve missing we need them to step up big time tonight if we want to go through In the PL match (45-45) the Edinburgh reserves were Worrall 14 and Fox 0 from 10 rides. Sneddon usually goes well at Foxhall, but can't see him and Fox scoring 14 between them. The Witches reserves only scored 4 so should do better tonight. Witches need to take advantage of this and make no silly mistakes. Heat 13 last time had some great team riding by Tungate and Worrall to keep out Cook, same again? I've just got home and weather not too cold at the moment. Didn't see any Flyers at all advertising the match in Ipswich today! Preview here from todays paper: http://www.lovespeedway24.co.uk/teams/ipswich-witches/witches_up_for_the_cup_as_the_skipper_rallies_his_team_1_3809514 edit: just playing devils advocate here but on what grounds do Edinburgh get a facilty for Steve Worrall? and as one has been granted will he have to miss out for 28 days for with holding services? (Not that the Edinburgh promotion would have been denied a facilty ) Edited October 16, 2014 by 2ndbendbeerhut
