TonyE
Looks like the Hammers will be tracking plenty of guests (or the dreaded R/R) this year.
Pogo1
All of the doubling up riders only have two more years to decide which league they will race in, My only worry is will that create a shortage of riders to both leagues?
INCOGNITO
All of the doubling up riders only have two more years to decide which league they will race in, My only worry is will that create a shortage of riders to both leagues? Â That is part of the plan with the fast track riders who they hope like Garrity will move up eventually. Â However before that is the hope riders like Craig Cook Richard Lawson or established Premier League riders that double up will look at moving up next season. Â Â Kennett Lawson and Birks missing matches will play havoc for Lakeside while Coventry now have priority over all their riders in this year's team. mdmc82
Kennett due to miss 7 meetings now. Lawson due to miss 4 and Birks 13! Â Is it just Roynon, Boxall, Hawkins, Wilkinson and tier 2 riders that can cover Birks?

I didn't know about Hawkins or Wilkinson but they might not be a great deal of help to us anyway having home race nights Thursday and Friday respectively. We may see the return of Ben Morley for some of our home fixtures though. Edited February 15, 2015 by tocha

I have no knowledge of that - maybe he wasn't for sale (well not to Lakeside anyway). Â Agree - he is a Rye asset prior to the season start but clubs do not generally leave it until this late to 'build' their teams.

Just like Danny King then, a BSPA asset when signed by Ipswich then signed by Coventry but priority is given to Coventry. Looks like Coventry are playing the system very well! dave1075
Â We may see the return of Ben Morley for some of our home fixtures though. Wouldn't be to suprised to see the visiting teams that come to Lakeside using Ben for when they have their FTR on duty elsewhere.

E I Addio
Two very surprising names have just been added to the Rico Spring Classic on March 20th. Â The first is Kelvin Tatum back on a bike one-night-only basis, the second is even more surprising --- Ritchie Worrall. After all the water that has flown under the bridge between Lakeside and Worrall I really din't expect to see him in any sort of guest appearance but on the face of it , it seems they have kissed and made up. After seeing the one-time persona non grata Ed Kennett being welcomed into the Lakeside team will we one day see RW take the same route ? Will we see him guesting when Rich Lawson or Ed are unavailable ? Who knows. It's certainly a funny old sport at times. Â Fans favourite Ben Moreley will be in the line up for Lee''s All Stars . Ben must be another one in the frame for FTDR guest appearances. Â Quite an interesting line up unfolding despite Coventry v Leicester being on the same night. All we need now is a few demonstration laps by Briggo on a a two valve Jawa .
