SteveLyric2
The fixture list on the Swindon website appears to have the meetings against Poole on April 3rd the wrong way round, we appear to be at Poole in the morning at 11 and back at Blunsdon at 7.30. http://www.swindonrobins.co/fixtures15.php Its on Poole's website as 11.00 am for the Poole home meeting - as last year! (although there may be some movement on the start time - possibly 12 noon?!)
DunRobin
Just had a quick scan through and counted 12 clashes for Charles Wright, out of 28 Swindon meetings. Who gets first dibs on Kerr and Howarth? Who knows, rules change so much from season to season. IMO, as the Premier League were not willing to participate in the FTR system, they should not get first call on the rider as riding in the EL is supposed to further their experience! Last season the club that owned the asset got 1st call as long as their meeting was in the agreed fixture list. I am not sure which club owns Charles Wright's asset tho I suspect it might be the Rebels.
A ORLOV
Just had a quick scan through and counted 12 clashes for Charles Wright, out of 28 Swindon meetings. Who gets first dibs on Kerr and Howarth? Only looked at March and April, and the clashes were bad enough for those months, did not realise it was as many as you say for the rest of the season. With Nick we get priority Kyle it seems Workington do The two FTR, ? .
MattK
Workington own Howarth so they do. As for Rose (guess you mean him and not Kerr) - depends who you believe, it's either the first club he signed for or the club in the same league as his parent club. Who is Rose (not Kerr- wishful thinking!) an asset of?
A ORLOV
Who is Rose (not Kerr- wishful thinking!) an asset of? Kings Lynn I would imagine, .
lionking
Swindon get priority on Rose because the ruling is if niether club owns the rider (which Swindon & Newcastle don't) then priority goes to the team that is in the same league as the owning club in this case kings Lynn

mdmc82
That was confirmed ages ago when the FT was done Where was this confirmed as Redcar have stated in a interview that it goes not by which league their parent club is in but by which club signed them first

mdmc82
Was it? Care to highlight the part where it was mentioned as not read that. Thanks. Same here. Some people say they have also read that if the rider is not an asset of either club then it is the club he signed for first that gets priority That was confirmed ages ago when the FT was done Please can you provide the link to where it was confirmed as not in any of the BSPA or club announcements.

van wolfswinkel
Good to see the club are planning a grand finale for the last ever meeting at The Abbey at the end of the season before moving to their new home in 2016. I expect the souvenir hunters will be looking for mementos from those famous back-straight bogs before they are sadly closed for good! Surely the 'Back Straight Bogs' will be moved in their entirety to the new Stadium as a 'listed building'...

I was hoping this was the case, but they are listed for demolition. I plan to organise a petition to "Save the Bogs", those famous inconveniences in darkest Wiltshire. EnglishRoundabout
Crinkly tracing paper acting as bog paper, light bulbs from the early 60's, and of course the masses of wood lice that cover the internal walls.....surely must be retained? TitusTokio
So we briefly considered making the rider wear those god awful shirts to race in rather than proper race suits. Lucky escape! http://www.swindonlinksport.com/2015/01/21/robins-still-after-new-main-sponsor-but-russells-content/
