stevebrum
The rules do state that Emil SHOULD be a Coventry asset no matter how you want to dress it up. He only needed to have one more meeting (home) for a proper EL average. Rosco confirmed he wasn't at the time so no dressing up really! The rules at that time are the only thing that mattered.
Woz01
Short term = signed in May, still in the team on Oct 31st?! And there nothing that says a rider is only short term or any other bullrubbish. A rider has to ride 8 meetings to be an asset. Emil rode 11 meeting, 9 league and 2 KOC, he is an asset. Shows that the rules says he should be a asset. Rosco confirmed he wasn't at the time so no dressing up really! The rules at that time are the only thing that mattered. And the rules states he needed to ride 8 meetings, he did that.

LagutaRacingFan
Batchelor as Number 1 wouldn't be a disaster If you packed the rest of the side with power. 1. Troy Batchelor - 7.58 2. Krystoz Buczkowski - 6.48 3. Mikkel Michelsen - 6.02 4. Nick Morris - 6.31 5. Maciej Janowski - 7.50 33.90 Edited December 6, 2014 by Morrissey Fan
Phil The Ace
Is Hancock on his way or was he just having a chit chat with colin pratt. Hancock as no polish club yet so there is a strong case that he wants an EL return Edited December 6, 2014 by Phil The Ace
A ORLOV
Is Hancock on his way or was he just having a chit chat with colon pratt. Hancock as no polish club yet so there is a string case that he wants an EL return Sorry to read that Colin has that illness, and can Rosco tie Greg to a position?. Could not resist that Phil

Steve0
Would be interesting if it was more than a chit chat but I would be (happily) surprised if Greg (the world champion) was on his way to Blunsdon. We can but dream! Edited December 6, 2014 by Steve0
Crazy robin
He was top of our averages last year and we weren't in big trouble. I meant as a No 1 as he attained that average from the no 5 spot. I'm glad he's back but hope we have a better rider at no 1.
EnglishRoundabout
Would be interesting if it was more than a chit chat but I would be (happily) surprised if Greg (the world champion) was on his way to Blunsdon. We can but dream! The intrigue of silly season! Greg would be a fantastic signing but I reckon he would struggle nowadays with the demands of the EL on top of his various other commitments. That said, wouldn't mind watching him at Blunsdon every week.
stevebrum
No one on here knows if he is or isn't. Strange one to be honest. It is odd. Yet some are still convinced he is! My money is on not. Otherwise Rosco would have been singing it from the roof tops at the time!

Chalkie
Well Doyley has been loaned to Leicester again for this year-maybe even a transfer being considered, I read in Link Sport this morning!
BuzzCagney
Hancock? Do me a favour. Nowadays he's a GP glory merchant. He's not going to be interested in the grind of an EL season. Besides, more than one match a week and his old bones would crumble.
TitusTokio
Sounds like this Doyle transfer is heading to arbitration http://www.swindonlinksport.com/2014/12/07/10530/

Clubs can't have it both ways! If Leicester want to transfer him though then that's a different matter and Leicester should pay the going rate for a top #1 and SGP rider Edited December 7, 2014 by Steve0
65Sarge
Considering the situation with Batch and Peterborough, I don't think Swindon have a strong case for pushing on this if Leicester only want him on loan. Clubs can't have it both ways! If Leicester want to transfer him though then that's a different matter and Leicester should pay the going rate for a top #1 and SGP rider As I recall (correct me if I'm wrong) the season of discontent when Batch first returned to Swindon and Peterborough wanted a full transfer, it did not follow that route as there was no place for Batch in the Panthers team or offer of such, whereas it seems Swindon have a place for Doyle and have made him an offer? On that basis I think Mr H needs to put his hand deep into his pocket for an appropriate (EL#1/GP rider) fee if he wants Doyle to ride for him this year?
LagutaRacingFan
Swindon are hypocrites. What a bunch of jokers
