Grachan
Kolodziej on a 6.52 could be a good shout tbh! Pavlic 5.11 and sayfutdinov 8.00 +2 others ? And by the end of the year we'd probably be using 3 guests for them.

When he was first announced as returning, there was a bit of backlash but Troy has endeared himself to the fans now - although he will always have his haters. he has grown up a lot over the last few years so fair play to him

SCB
Emil is NOT a Coventry asset as he only signed a short term temporarily contract that meant even if he did 22 meetings he still wouldn't have an asset. He has an offer he is looking at but until they know the British and Swedish fixtures and put them with the meetings he already had booked, he will stay in Poland and Sweden only. If he does sign up it will be at Swindon or Poole as the other offers or talks with his management doesn't appeal to them. It's probably 50/50 at the moment Short term = signed in May, still in the team on Oct 31st?! And there nothing that says a rider is only short term or any other bullrubbish. A rider has to ride 8 meetings to be an asset. Emil rode 11 meeting, 9 league and 2 KOC, he is an asset.

I thought everyone hated him? http://www.swindonlinksport.com/2014/12/05/poll-are-you-happy-with-batchelors-return/ The poll is rather unfair, my option would have been No, I feel there's better out there. Don't get me wrong Batch is a good rider, is a good captain probably not, is he a good number 1 definitely not

65Sarge
Personally I am happy to see Batch back, at least he wants to ride for the Robins which I think is a very important factor. He has certainly matured as an individual and I think has some improvement left in him as a rider. I just hope he will not be the Robins No 1 because I don't think he's ready for that yet. Fingers crossed for some more positives next week or whenever they announce the next piece of the jigsaw.
Crazy robin
Where does it say he'll be number 1?? Don't know if it does but I hope Batch isn't our no 1 or we are in big trouble & that isn't meant as criticism of him.

I think if he can get his ass In gear he can be a top eight GP rider and easily a number one for the robins he certainly is good anough. hyabb17
I really don't understand what the crap is with Batch, let's be perfectly honest here...he's professional, committed to swindon...what more do you want? I've just worked it out....we want a nobody Edited December 6, 2014 by hyabb17

stevebrum
Yes that's correct I believe, I remember Rosco saying that he needed to do one more meeting to become an asset. That's how I remember it too. Some have conveniently forgotten about that part when quoting some ruling! He was top of our averages last year and we weren't in big trouble. He was? I am a little surprised at that because he still struggles to do the job of a number one. edit. Just checked Speedway Star final averages and has Troy 9th 8.46 and Killer 12th 8.23. Maybe he did a better job than I thought!

Woz01
The rules do state that Emil SHOULD be a Coventry asset no matter how you want to dress it up. He only needed to have one more meeting (home) for a proper EL average.
