Swindon 2015

Recommended Posts

Looks fetching in red..... I'm sure he will take a couple of rides to get dialled into the Abbey, but I have to say, he is the most exciting signing since Leigh Adams was re signed for the Elite league.

This short spell at Swindon will I am sure do him good, and hopefully avert his eyes from the dark side of the moon. ;)

Both riding at Leicester.

Must admit that, now, having seen young Darcy looking resplendent in his mighty Robins racesuit I'm actually quite excited about Monday.

I didn't want to see Howarth out the side because he didn't deserve it, but it can't be denied that Rosco has done what's best for the club.

Thought it was against forum rules to alter someone's post - especially when its neither true nor relevant - unless as its on the Swindon thread you were referring to the Robins, but my memory doesn't go that far back!

I'm sorry that you have short term memory loss!:rofl::rofl:

See stevebrum is still on his Swindon hate in. Original post has not been altered, only alteration is to show errors in your statement!

That's my fault I'm afraid. I dared to say that Wolves were rubbish and, because they happened to be in the top 4 at the time (probably because they had ridden more), he has been on a crusade since. Wolves are now second from bottom and only going in one direction - so it looks like I was right all along but hey ho - he now hates everything Swindon!

My bad!

Aah bless. It's not my fault that Swindon are playing the Poole trick this year so at least I'm consistent about the things that I find distasteful in the sport. As for Steve0 I'm already over the original comment and now can see what others saw , particularly now the original promise has now gone completely flat.

Nothing wrong in seeing potential in a side and it's not like I have defending them any time recently.

Hopefully Belle Vue will hang on to the top 4 so my original message of 'cheats don't prosper ' comes true.

Hopefully Ward will do the business for you lot. Not sure I can stomach the bleating from some of you if he rides to order from MF. Rubshandswithglee

Was that an apology?

It's fine seeing potential but you were shouting it from the rooftops again and again and again and .... When we all saw that they were punching above their weight primarily because of PK being a second string.

Apology accepted

Young Nick was involved in a horrendous looking crash with Ryan Fisher at Somerset whilst guesting for the Rebels. Both riders crossed the finishing line almost together as Fisher tried to squeeze past Morris. There was then the inevitable coming togetherr before they were flung off of their machines, both bikes cartwheeling spectacularly into the fence and landing either on or close to the stricken riders.

Fisher was almost immediately on his feet but very dazed. Nick stayed down a long time but walked very gingerly back to the pits.

Latest report was that he was taken to Hospital with a cut arm and possibly concussion. His crash helmet was badly damaged too.
