Swindon 2015

Don't think you can declare a team with an already injured rider or keep a rider in your team that has finished his stint.

That's funny, I'm sure I remember Miedinski extending his contract because a Poole rider was injured & could not come into the side. I believe that the reason given that Swindon could not get a transfer fee for him at that time was stated to be because he had only signed a short term contract.

So your expecting P.K to extend his contract if needed

Or revert back to our original line-up after the "temporary replacement" has finished his stint.

Not sure but can that be done if the injured rider you replaced no longer wants to ride for you and has informed the club before the replacement leaves?

Swindon still have until after the world cup break in June to decide so no need to panic yet.

(By then Poole might have a free rider due to Ward's return and Bjarne Pedersen should be available)

We will apply the Poole rule - where anything goes until you get caught and then you find another loophole to exploit

It would appear from that interview that Adrian is really considering coming back but this early in his recovery that would be the sensible thing.

Would Peter stay & even if he would how many fixtures would he miss could be a problem.

I guess we' ll just have to wait & see but in the meantime I'm looking forward to Killer coming back as a Robin.

INCOMING Robins number one Peter Kildemand has suffered a knee injury while practicing in Denmark.

The GP first reserve, who comes into the Swindon side from Wednesday night as a replacement for injured Pole Adrian Miedzinski, was due to face off against 15 of his fellow countrymen in Holsted this evening in a bid to earn one of Denmarks six qualification places for the GP series.

However, a suspected knee ligament injury suffered during practice on Thursday has ruled him out of the meeting, with scans later today set to determine the extent of the problem.

At this moment its unclear for how long, if at all, the Dane will be out of action for.

SWINDONS move for fans favourite Peter Kildemand has been unavoidably delayed.

The Danish star was due to return to the M&S Van Rental Robins for next weeks home and away Elite League matches against Kings Lynn as a short-term replacement for the injured Adrian Miedzinski.

But Kildemand suffered a knee injury whilst practicing in his home country on Thursday, and that will leave him on the sidelines for the Stars fixtures.

It means the Robins will retain Miedzinski in their team declaration and will need to book a guest for the trip to the Norfolk Arena on Wednesday and the return at the Abbey 24-hours later.

Boss Alun Rossiter said: Peter has knee ligament damage, and hes going to need an operation at the end of the season.

Hopefully its only going to mean a week out for him and therefore well be looking to the home match against Wolverhampton on April 30 for him to return for us.

In the meantime Im going through the options of available riders to come in for us against Kings Lynn.
