65Sarge
Perhaps Peter has agreed to a 28 day contract to cover if Troy's not got the Visa issue sorted?

Double Up
In March and April his only clash is March 28th. And yet only today he tweeted that he was going to miss wearing a Robins racesuit.
Crazy robin
Read Peter's bit & you ain't going to see him anytime soon as a Robin & I don't think he'll be back in Britain unless it goes wrong in his other countries.

A ORLOV
Do not forget the Supporters AGM and quiz tomorrow, thurs Jan29th at the Jovial Monk, 7 for a 7-15 start for the AGM and 8 start of the quiz. Details in the news section on the Robins website. A rider signed for 2015 should be there as well as Rosco, but following his skiing accident he may not be that mobile. Not sure if it happened when attempting the ski jump or if he was just and fell over. Edited January 28, 2015 by A ORLOV

He's got a decent knee brace after all! (ps rumour was he was auditioning for Channel 4's 'The Jump'!)

TitusTokio
Batch is 'staying calm' over the visa thing, whatever that means. Are Aussie's ever anything else? http://www.swindonlinksport.com/2015/01/29/batch-staying-calm-despite-frustrating-visa-issues/ All the signs are that this will be easily sorted for riders of Batch's level but time is the big factor. It's the future I'm worried about. All well and good keeping hold of the Aussie's we have now but what about youngsters? Easy to say that a lack of Aussie's would give a chance to young Brits, but I think we need the Aussie's too.

sommelier
Doh, he's signed for Coventry. Sorry, just read my own post, ment to say he WAS only a phone call away! Got a bit excited him being back in the EL!
TitusTokio
Personally I wouldn't have taken Bridger over either Zengota or Morris. If room to spend a point more on him then possibly over Howarth but even then I'm pretty happy with Kyle. Bridger's clearly got the talent but he's not for me.

Yes i know where you are coming from with Bridger at times he can look world class and other times well lets just say no so good but the talent is definitely there. Nick Morris is a strong one, I have been following him intensively from 2010 I though then he looked an amazing talent. But last year I was a little disappointed but was I expecting too much? YerRopes
I'd like to see Lewis Bridger finally break through and become a recognized EL heat leader - he had a pretty good season last year... However, he doesn't seem able to stay on the bike at Blunsdon very often

Still banging on about Bridger being ' world class' I see. What utter nonsense. He is talented but nothing more than an average EL rider. His flawed personality will prevent him ever progressing.

Nick Morris had a pretty good season last year. He progressed as a rider. He was great as a second string but did generally find it tough as a heat leader but so did many other riders. If anything the season before as his stagnating season. I fully expect him to be hitting a 7 point average this season.
