SteveLyric2
C'mon Skidder, you can be a bit of a kn*b at times... Of course Swindon can afford him, just see Orlov's post above You oughta get your own house in order first, who is gonna be turning out for the devil's mob, Darcy, Chris Magic etc, doubts about them all I would guess.. What does Beelzebub have to say on the matter.. Dakota North by the sounds of it!!!!!
Crazy robin
It has to be said that even with nearly a season as a Robin, Dak still chose Poole over Swindon so fair play to them.
BritPete
I'm not surprised about this news, after all Peterborough are not the best of mates with Swindon.
A ORLOV
Dak will be peed off if Poole do not use him and no other team is prepared to pay Matts fee.

A ORLOV
Rick Frost isn't going to deal with Swindon or Horton if anyone else is interested, & I don't blame him. Is Batch is an R. Frost or Peterborough "asset"?.
A ORLOV
Some good points from Rosco re changes needed at AGM, definitely agree with one fast track rider and an increase in the team points limit. It is pointless riders upping their average and then not finding a place, also we should try to attract riders with higher averages, providing the finance is there to pay them. http://www.swindonlinksport.com/swindon_sports_news/roscoagmissues http://www.swindonlinksport.com/swindon_sports_news/roscoagmbettern
SCB
He doesn't help himself with he lies in the first line. “I was talking to Matt Ford recently and we were saying that you could put a team together from the Premier League and that would have been over the points limit now, which says it all. Apparently you could have a PL team over the limit. Lets go with that, lets assume somehow there was a PL team with the top 5 riders in the league (actually close to impossible but we'll go with it) that means you have Stead 9.96, Cook 9.19, Allen 8.93, Barker 8.91, King 8.84 that converts to 5.97 + 5.51 + 5.36 + 5.35 + 5.30 = 27.49. The EL points limit was 32. So Rosco and Matt Ford are WRONG you cannot have an PL team over the EL limit. Lets assume there were 5 riders who averaged 10. So thats 6+6+6+6+6 = 30. Still 2 points under the limit. When you have people in charge coming out with crap statements like that, you have to worry about the sport and how it's run and managed. Each of those listed has an EL average as you well know - so converting their PL average is WRONG! dak north seems to be the carrot that ford is dangling in the hope swindon back his plans at the agm? I have to ask - why would any team want North on the average he has now? I didn't expect this- http://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/sport/11601789.Colin_to_promote_the_Robins/?ref=rss&utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed

A ORLOV
Co promoter leaving. main sponsor leaving Kildemand not coming back whats happening at Swindon SteveO If by the main sponsor you mean Excalibur, they are not leaving. They will no longer be one of the main sponsors but will continue to support the Robins where possible. I understand there is a new main or joint sponsor coming in. http://swindonlinksport.com/swindon_sports_news/excalibursupporttherobins

Barker: 5.85 King: 6.74 Presuming I've got Allen correct, that comes to 31.08. He doesn't help himself with he lies in the first line. He's not lying in the first line. He says he had a conversation with Matt Ford and they said this. If they had that conversation then he is telling the truth. Crazy robin
dak north seems to be the carrot that ford is dangling in the hope swindon back his plans at the agm? Let's hope they tell him to poke it as I wouldn't touch Dak on that average as he proved in the play offs he ain't no heat leader & got his inflated average beating 2nd strings & draft riders. Steve0
Co promoter leaving. main sponsor leaving Kildemand not coming back whats happening at Swindon SteveO Don't know why you are asking me but I would say people with glass houses and all that. Poole won't have Coastal as main sponsors and unlikely to have either of the Turbo twins! Edited November 14, 2014 by Steve0
