SCB
Magic Janowski 7.50 to return leaving 4.47 for the last place and one rider that wants to ride in the Elite League is Pontus Aspgren who did a great job at Somerset and I believe his average is around 4.3 and has gone well at Wimborne Road in the past. If they sign Magic then the other rider with be Brady Kurtz.

LagutaRacingFan
If the test was carried out by somebody who didn't have the authority then it should be thrown out of court.

Do you not think that would've happened before now if that was the case!!
SPEEDY69
Opinion and mine is that this years team will be proved to be not good enough and will be altered mid season. So, business as usual for Poole then!
Pirates Of Poole
Yeah, not in it for the numbers! we want to win 3 titles in a row. Edited January 13, 2015 by Pirates Of Poole
SteveLyric2
Does it really matter if he was "only slightly over" or is it the fact that he was "over" which is important?. That is an honest question as a member of my family was killed by a "slightly over the limit" driver & it made no difference to the hurt we've suffered the last few years. What is important is whether the testing machine was correctly calibrated and whether the reading was correct?!
g13webb
What is important is whether the testing machine was correctly calibrated and whether the reading was correct?! Surely the FIM would've ensured that was the case, before they ruled on Darcy's suspension back in August. They may be SLOW at times, but they're not STUPID........ If that really was the case then someone should be kicked out of the sport as that shouldn't happen. I must be stupid thinking all equipment etc was correct. I must be stupid thinking all equipment etc was correct. It should be granted. And only an FIM official should be allowed to oversee the test. If one or both of these failed to materialise then the FIM could find themselves in real deep water !!

They may be SLOW at times, but they're not STUPID........ Looking at quite a few of these governing bodies actions this could be seen as a slightly dubious statement. Starman2006
I give up with this sport if that can happen . That would not be down to Darcy if, that WAS, the case. Anything like that SHOULD be checked on a real regular basis, and everything put in place for a test at EVERY GP round to be carried out. Personally, i am very much in favour of an ALL TEST in every round..

I must be stupid thinking all equipment etc was correct. It must be remembered this was not a normal GP. It had been called off the previous day and then hastily rearranged for the following afternoon at a different track in a different city. Who's to say that everything was 100% correct and above board?!

Starman2006
It must be remembered that either he was over the limit or he wasn't!! Then who's to say he was, if the calibration was wrong. As i said, this equipment should be checked and tested on a real regular basis. And the test done only by an FIM official. Granted, everything being equal there should have been an FIM official at the re-staging. Also as i said, im very much in favour of an ALL TEST. That would sort the men out from the boys, for the want of a better word !! Edited January 13, 2015 by Starman2006

dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Surely if the calibration was wrong then other tests would have produced false positives?? Whether the tester was FIM affiliated is a different matter and would be a point to contend. A technicality but wrong if so. Just as those stated Ward should not get special treatment for being 'box office' he shouldnt be punished just because they dont like him. Anyway its all ifs buts and maybe until the full story comes out.
