foreverblue
So many posters on here are of the impression that Darcy will be back this year. My honest opinion is that he hasn't a hope in hell of escaping a lengthy ban. If come the New Year, when he faces the tribunal, for him to be back come March will result in just a 3 months ban, and that would be ridiculous. The minimum he could hope for is 12 months and that would take him to August 2015. Deep down Matt Ford realises this and has signed Holder to replace him. I reckon that's good business........ But all these permutations of 'will he or won't he' is just wishful thinking. My one hope, is when he eventually gets back, he does things right and becomes the rider everyone believes he can be.......He's still got time to win multiple World championships I agree with most of that but i am sure it will be backdated to the time of the incident so if its a six month ban he would be available in March, i expect he will be banned for a year so he could come back mid August if needed. You can see by some of his twitter comments that he doesn't envisage coming back until later in the season at the earliest. My own opinion is that we should be planning without him and should sign riders now and shouldn't be waiting on the outcome of his hearing. Pirates Of Poole
Anyone think of a decent 3.00 pointer if needed? Edited December 26, 2014 by Pirates Of Poole
stevebrum
James bubba Stewart who is a top Supercross rider just got banned for a year he had to wait longer than darcy has for his trial, his was for a medicacine that had a banned substance in it. So I don't think darcy will be back in March Likewise Dudek. Seems a theme there. However in the case of Darcy alcohol related bans Danno should be the precedence of 8 months. Agrotron
Why go for Milk at 6.34 when Walasek is 6.24 Because Milik showed his worth in the 14 campaign imo he must be back he is a good rider, I know Walasek had a good season but he didn't exactly set the world alight when he was last on these shores meh I cannot see him back.
Gavan
Stefan Danno got 8 months therefore Darcy Ward should get 8 months as a minimum. I don't see how being banned in December January and February are harming him in any way so personally I would say he has served 3 months so far. If they decide to backdate it them he is free to ride end if April which I would understand. If Darcy Ward lines up at the tapes in March it just shows what a farce out sport is.

Milik proved he could step up and is young enough. Walasek has had his time here and on a lot if occasions didnt look that commited to me. Milik should be a must

steven101
What average would antonio lindback come back on Holder 8.75, Jonasson 5.67, Kolodziej 6.52, Walasek 6.24, North 6.57, strength in depth, talent throughout, would leave north extremely vunerable though
foreverblue
Rather have leon madsen than any of those and as we have north now not much hope of any of those mentioned, you wouldnt pick north over any of those. I think we will see brady kurtz in the team with janowski and milik
Agrotron
Anyone but Ward please, still somewhat baffled to this North signing does not make sense to me but I am not going to right him off before a wheel is turned.

No worries - he only has to turn left!! PS. How about this option? Holder 8.75; B.Kurtz 4.52; North 6.57; Ward 8.70; and Timo Lahti 5.45; or any PL double upper upto 8.74 (EL 5.46) eg. Rohan Tungate?? Edited December 27, 2014 by Skidder1
