To use my favourite expression..............everyone is entitled to an opinion.............just because mine may not agree with yours does not mean that it gives you the right to slate me or launch personal attacks on me...............

Been the victim of this from certain people in the past.............some people seem to think theirs is the only opinion that counts and force it on others when in reality quite often they are talking crap but god help you if you disagree with them and try to debate it..............

Back on topic.............gut feeling Holder for Darcy and Pawlicki to be the other one to go................

No one was `slating` you.

Can I ask why do you use a lot of fullstops in all your posts?

My understanding is that Poole are looking at the following line up:

1 Chris Holder 8.75

2 Thomas H Jonasson 5.69

3 V Milik 6.34

4 Brady Kurtz 4.52

5 Darcy Ward 8.70

6 Kyle Newman

7 Paul Starke

Magic will share a role with either ward or holder TBC

More fool on Poole/Middlo/MF if they are seriously waiting on a decision about Ward.

Most sensible Poole fans don't want him in the team in 2015 after he let them down shockingly.

Sorry, most sensible poole fans do want him in the team. Matt and Neil know what they are doing. How many league titles now ? :o

You calculation is incorrect. 7.54 x 0.6 = 4.52

Nope. Your calculation is incorrect.

Have a look at Kenneth Hansen's move to Workington,

The new conversion factor is 1.4 not 1.66666

Hansen's EL average of 5.50 becomes 5.50 * 1.4 = 7.70

On the same basis Kurtz's 7.54 PL average becomes 7.54 / 1.4 = 5.39

Under last year's conversion which you seem to be using Hansen's 5.50 would become 5.50 / 0.6 = 9.17

I am one of them, I don't want him back he has had enough chances good rider or no bloody good rider he is a let down I gave him the benefit of the doubt to many times and this was the final straw and I think I talk here for a lot of the Pirate fans.

What I find hard to believe is the complete plop that Ford wrote in the Echo dedicating the season to Darcy I mean was that a wind up or something.

Its obvious to me that Holder is the preferred choice or what most Poole fans want.

no that isnt right - apparently the change in conversion rate is one way only.

When moving from the PL it is still the old 0.6.

Therefore Brady will be on the lower figure!!

Of course these new regs are not important enough to be announced.

Then you have selective reading.

If you want to quote me the `most` fans who want him then feel free to do so.

The ones I have read are saying no. And rightly so.

Why would any sensible fan and promoter want to wait for a decision on one rider that could effectively ruin your team building plans for the season??

Now, THAT don't make any sense. Unless you feel keeping ALL your assets waiting on the decision of one rider who let you down big time is OK.

Think you will find most sensible Poole fans agree with me on this.

Surely the conversion has to be the same both ways?

Otherwise you could get anyone's average down to zero just by swapping leagues a few times....

By using his British passport I would think. All those wishing to apologise to Starman can you please form an orderly queue

but Starmans reasoning was Kurtz being an asset made it possible not that he would use a British passport! Very different angles so no apologies needed.

Where was this British passport last year??

No ones keeping anybody waiting. Im very sure Matt and Neil have it all taped.. Again, how many league titles?

That is the way I have read it too. Most Poole fans seem to be saying Holder as 1st choice.

So how come no news of signings then?

I take it Darcy has signed his contract and MF is just waiting to announce it?? (that news wont please most Poole fans)

When was the FIM jury date again??

wonder if Edinburgh can now sign sign Steve Worrall on 6.39 instead of his 7.49.

Just convert his PL average into an EL one now he has signed to the draft and reconvert it when announcing his PL deal.

Scribbler, you shouldn't be liking my post.

Starman will be upset if Poole fans side with me. PMFSL

I am hoping some PL promoters don't try and find a loophole and use the Draft as an excuse to try and cheat the rules??

I thought the PL were holier than thou and morally the better league - surely they wouldn't stoop so low?

If Brad Kurtz needs a Visa to ride here he wouldn't be allowed to double up next season

Holder looks nailed on to replace Ward

Grajczonek and Milik back leaves the two places and it seems they are trying to talk to the same rider another Elite League club are trying to talk to and many of the others can't afford.

Pirates need to build on the solid foundations of good second strings in Josh and Vaclav and the strongest fast track pairing in the league with Newman and Starke. If they don't win it in 2015 then the top end will have let them down.

With Eddie Kennett being rumoured (on a converted PL average of 5.03 as his 2014 Birmingham average has been expunged!!), that will still leave 5.97 for the final rider?!

If Kennett's 2014 EL average is expunged then it is only fair that he reverts to his previous year's EL average of 6.39 (his 2014 starting average) anything else would again be a total bending if the rules. We all know that the EL was easier for second strings last year so it would be another complete mockery if he was to start on a converted PL average - whoever he rides for!
