Poole 2015

For Poole, it's imperative that Newman stays fit. North & Gomolski do miss-fire and occasionally Holder this season

Holder is the main worry for me but not surprised Matt Ford has decided to stick with the team, Gomolski was the subject of some who thought he needed replacing but not me, he is a decent rider and i thought he would be ok and now he is better than ok, my only misgivings were Watt and North who both have had bad spells but they seem to be going better now so there is no benefit in getting replacements.

Good to see today Matt Ford has said he won't be making any changes to the 1-7 assuming Magic isn't too badly hurt.

I have been saying all season that we don't need to make any changes and it's good to see that MF finally feels the same.

Let's hope those that have been championing getting rid of Gomolski, Dak, Watt and even Noddy will now eat some humble pie and finally admit our team is (and has been all year) capable of winning us the treble!!!

5pts clear with a collapsing Coventry in second. Swindon are now the main rivals and we are more than capable of stuffing them over 2 legs. Happy days 👍🏼

p.s. Get fit soon Magic, we need you!

I agree, Poole are more than capable of stuffing Swindon over 2 legs, but then again, Swindon are more than capable of stuffing Poole over 2 legs!

That's why it would be a great final for the Play Offs.

While I have nothing against strengthening a side where necessary and indeed, think it's something a promoter should always keep as an option, keeping the same team for a whole season is that little bit more satisfying. Whether the original line up is strong enough to win the play offs remains to be seen.

Quite right, and we are strong enough to win the league. Although you will always find some who will find a reason to pick holes in it should we win the league again.

And suprisingly, they are from so called Poole, fans... :o

WOW! Starman makes a sensible statement which I agree with :t:

Be nice if you agree with what I say sometimes...even if we don't see eye to eye

Oh and Gater1, I did notice you 'liked' one of my posts so maybe you're not the Chuckle Brother I thought you were

maybe , but the team has changed since,

momentum is with swindon, the strongest top 5 in the league now ,

If Magic is ruled out for Monday, then it's arguable. If he's not I'd still back ours.

No doubt Swindon is a much more credible threat than they were when they received their last drubbing at Wimborne Rd. With all teams at current form, it actually wouldn't surprise me if it was a Poole vs Swindon final.

I'm glad Matt Ford has decided to keep the 1 -7. I'm pretty sure the warnings he put out were largely directed as Kacper, and he's really stepped up lately.

If we don't have Maciej on Monday and the match isn't rained off, who do you think will guest? I think everyone except Lakeside and Coventry are already riding which basically means a straight choice between AJ or Bomber IMO. Neither are capable of pulling in the same performance as Magic. It's a shame we can't call up Darcy! :)

Sometimes you might agree sometimes you won't, but it doesn't make my posts any worse than anybody eles's. For what its worth, if we do finish top we'l win it, and ive said that all along. But don't tell that to the doom mongers..

We shall see monday night, at the moment either club could win on home and away agg score with the odds slightly in favour of Swindon.

Sorry I missed that one as I didn't take any notice.

When I was saying about changes.....So was MF................I stopped mentioning changes and the MF said we are going to stick to our 1-7

We was struggling a bit when I said about changes..............But now its all changed as everyone has upped there game after the threating team changes quotes from MF.

After yesterdays devastating news I haven't got the enthusiasm or desire to reply in my usual fashion
