SteveLyric2
Surprised the management kept Holder and let Ward go elsewhere. That is what happens when emotion gets in the way of a sensible decision. It wasn't possible for Ward to replace Holder due to the averages. It would have had to be Ward for Janowski, which very few fans could see any logic for!!!
foreverblue
It's often said that you can judge a person best on how they deal with failure rather than how they deal with success. Certain Poole fans are proving that one to be very true. What failure? one meeting away to Wolves, everyone loses a meeting now and again even Poole!
Starman2006
What failure? one meeting away to Wolves, everyone loses a meeting now and again even Poole! But you shouldn't really lose meetings like that. Especially being 12 points up. A bloody discrace. Crazy robin
We want Chris.......Don't worry Trees you still have Kenny Bjerre Some on here have to understand Chris's situation.......Horrific injuries in his career so you don't expect him to be full of confidence.....It must be very tough with all of the demons in his mind..... Doesn't bother him in the Gp's but I do get what you're saying.

Does a rider short of confidence do that? No! Stop using his injurie for an excuse when he has a bad performance because now it is proved to be tosh. At the start of the season yes a few poor performances while he got back to speed but now he has been flying everywhere, jeez he amassed plenty of points in Poland on Sunday. He had a bad meeting.....it happens......nothing to do with injuries or confidence. But you shouldn't really lose meetings like that. Especially being 12 points up. A bloody discrace. you only need to look at Holders poor performance and when the chips were down Muddlo had one decision to make and blew it big time

But its done now. Besides, we should never had put ourselves in that position for ht 15.

RobMcCaffery
What failure? one meeting away to Wolves, everyone loses a meeting now and again even Poole! Actually a defeat IS a failure to win, or do you have your own dictionary down there? The whingeing over one loss is very revealing, as is your rather sad and illogical response. The fact that the Wolves troll likes your stupid comment is worrying too.

Actually a defeat in Speedway is a failure to win 3 or 4 points but only losing by a point is still going away with winning 1. Good teams are those that perform below par and still pick up a league point.

Gaining points away is never a failure or disaster. You gain points by losing (less than 6). Obviously you have you're own issues which is abundantly clear from your 'stupid' post.
foreverblue
.....and should have!!!!!!!!!!!! No we shouldn't, Darcy would not have been comfortable replacing Holder anyway and if would have made us weaker, now we can still change on a like for like basis plus the fact that Holder isn't in bad form abroad so he will be ok in my opinion. Much rather he was in top form in the play offs than now.

Let's say we had signed Darcy and Holder,North and Gomolski were the riders to make way, with let's just say for arguments sake, Kevin Doolan and Ludvig Lindgren as the other two riders brought in with him, and Darcy had scored 12 points at Wolverhampton on Monday and Doolan and Lindgren had failed to score.Thats 1 more point than Holder,North and Gomolski scored between them and guess what???????????????.......Poole would have won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While you have proved you can do mathematics, you said yourself Holder scored well last time at Wolves and i don't think anyone was thinking of getting rid of Holder as we all know what he is capable of and the rider Matt Ford considered dropping him for was Magic!! Gomolski had to lay his bike down in heat 14 to avoid North so he should have scored paid 6 which is pretty good for a rider known not to like Monmore Green, so i would expect a good showing tonight, i think he is worth keeping. It isn't worth completely wrecking the team for one rider, your scenario may have worked at Wolves but we have stronger teams to play against where we will need a team of riders who are all capable of scoring points. you spout some rubbish. speedway is all about if's. Have Darcy Doolan and Lindgren and Darcy got 10 guess what you would have lost. Nothing wrong with the Poole team Although i wouldn't say there is nothing that can't be improved on.
