dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Was that the fight with Ben Barker?only if you call deliberately fencing someone a fight! Classy to laugh about about it and high5 in the pits after as well.
Steve0
I wouldn't blame him for that!! Darcy Ward's hearing put back to January! Ridiculous the amount of time it's taking. Make him sweat I say! I would expect him to have at least a year ban too - backdated to when his suspension started

LagutaRacingFan
North has a lot of talent and can go all the way to the top, he finished ahead of Ward in the junior Aus championships once and was banging in 21 point maximums in the Premier League before picking up an injury in 2011 which has slowed him down. SCB
Lots of rumours & stories of Dak having problems but no substance to them at all. Was good at Peterborough & Swindon so best to stick to the truth rather than myths!!! Yet his career to date reads. Part season at Mildenhall 1 season at Newcastle 1 season at Somerset 1 season at Ipswich 1 season at Peterborough (plus half at Glasgow) 1 season at Swindon Now signed for Poole He's collected more clubs in 7 seasons than most riders collect in a 20 year career! Ask yourself why. Probably not his mild mannered temperament and well liked, easy to get on with personality that sees him move on is it? I think that's unfair... certainly for his Elite League career. Peterborough would have kept him the following season If they could have, Swindon want/wanted to keep him but Poole have signed him as an asset. pointsmeanplayoffs
A shrewd signing last season, his success this season depends much upon the new race format as it does for a lot of riders of similar standards such as Porsing, Howarth, Worrall etc If he's a second string versus FTD like this season, fill yer boots lad. If he's riding at 2 in the old format, then I'm not so sure.... The final averages really are a nonsense this time around. If the rules are the same as last season, then riders who didn't ride in 2014 could be shrewder 2nd string signings than any of the above mentioned riders. TonyE
I knew I would hook one. (I never mentioned Poole anyway and, as the 'smiley' indicates, it was very much a tongue in cheek comment).
Steve0
Don't recall him failing any test while riding for Poole!!! If you have a driving licence and do work for 2 companies. While working for one of those companies, you fail a breath test. The resulting punishment is that you lose your driving license for a period - thus preventing you from driving for either company or anyone else. Is that a good enough analogy for you to see that it doesn't matter who he was riding for at the time?

INCOGNITO
Dakota North was very impressive the times I saw him in Swindon colours and not surprised he gained such a good average which was higher than some pretty good riders. Poole may have signed him as an asset but on a 6.57 average they will get a decent loan fee and more return on their money than when they bought Protasiewicz and he has never returned since. Agrotron
Not a signing that really excites me at all, get Madsen back.
Tom Turner
The best is yet to come from Dakota North. A good signing by Matt and a perfect second string for the new higher points limit! (I'm assuming there will be a new higher points limit)
barrow boy
Darcy Ward's hearing put back to January! Ridiculous the amount of time it's taking. If DW has any desire to take part in next season's GP Qualifying Competition he presumably has to contest The Australian Championship from which the Australian entrants are chosen. Does this now put pay to this?

(I'm assuming there will be a new higher points limit) One he'll of a risk on his average & surely a promotor shouldn't know about a higher points limit before the AGM??? No it shows nothing as riders all go through lots of clubs these days so that proves nothing. How many clubs has Ollie Allen had & he ain't no trouble. I reckon there will be it's pretty obvious there will be a higher points limit next season, especially if they are sticking with fast track reserves.
