Everything Darcy Ward's side has said so far completely matches up to the statement, so I've no idea what planet you're on. Get over it and move on. He drank too much when he shouldn't have, he recieved a ban and he's served it, he's paid his price and so have the fans. Move on with your life! Your wasting your time Arya, they hate everything poole. still they will have something else to moan about come October... There is supposed to be a thread called Ipswich, but clearly they have given up on that PL club as a lost cause, so there turning their attention to a team that gets plenty of success, to make up for their so called club they alledgedly supports shortfall. Totally Middlo i met years ago,a really nice bloke and Middleditch has a great friendship with Ward great relationship and Ward will go on and make him proud. Neil admitted Darcy had done wrong and deserved to be punished, along with every other poole fan, me included in volumes, but i expect you skipped that bit convieniently as well, isn't that enough for you.. Neil as his team manager is oblidged to stick up for his rider, same as your solicitor or next of kin if you got yourself in the Tom t-t. Whether you support Poole or another club at whatever level as a fan of the sport you can have a view on what was amongst the biggest incidents in this sport. The Ward lackeys have been quick to remind us that we have to wait for the 'reasons' from the FIM. Now they have been made public, they now want to push it under the carpet. There is a LOT new to see here. On one occasion the trial was delayed by the FIM, not Darcy Ward. On another occasion the trial was delayed by Darcy Ward but how can you possibly say this is his fault? It does not state when the information his defence requested was delivered, it could have been only the day before which I am inclined to believe as his defence stated he was not given enough time, not that they simply weren't prepared. I cannot see anything mentioned about who exactly carried out the breath test. It does seem clear however from the rules that it doesn't matter who carried out the test, so I would imagine Darcy and his team dropped that particular complaint. The only thing I can criticize is that Darcy lied about how much he drank. And as far as wriggling and squirming goes, I really couldn't care less! No squirming here. He did wrong, he paid the price and I cannot wait to see him back on the bike and kicking ass all across the country. I'm sure there has never been a time in any of your lives where you made some bad decisions, or told a few lies when you shouldn't have. I expect when you made those bad decisions, or told those lies, you were forgiven soon enough and not hounded for months to come. Old news now, get over it, move on and stop stirring the ^*%£ If you're going to comment, go and read the statement. It fully describes who conducted the test and the procedures carried out along with their credentials. The trial was delayed by Ward. They requested information thus causing the trial to be delayed. They then complained at a further delay, before then requesting more time themselves.. which blatantly exposed their complaint was just attention seeking. As said, it's clear you haven't even read the full report.. but you're quick to spout of about it.. But I think the time has come to move on and let the guy get back to work. Once his ban is over then he can do as he pleases. First off, no one hates Poole, people just want the Pirates to adhere to the same rules as everyone else As for Darcy, as someone else has already pointed out he is not the brightest light in the sky, he obviously can't count for starters.. Middlo's twitter comments appear to confirm him as either uninformed or an eejit too ! I think most on here would love to see Darcy turn things around and become the ultra professional he needs to be to achieve what he is definitely capable of Perhaps you and one or two others should just accept the facts as learnt today and hope Darcy returns shortly as a reformed character (sadly I doubt it)..
