Daniel Smith
All things speedway are irrelevant until more news is heard regarding the health of Rory. Best wishes & fingers firmly crossed for our captain & his family
Popular Post E I Addio
Crikey what are the other teams going to do for a guest now(joke). Get well soon Rory. Many a true word spoken in jest. Rory has guested for Lakeside so many times and given 100% every time I think all the fans think of him as one of their own, and I am sure many other fans of other clubs feel the same way. I am sure all British Speedway is wishing him well. A great servant to the sport , best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Haza
I wish captain Roo Boy a speedy recovery - as for the KL team very unimportant tonight I really don't care the main thing is Rory .

g13webb
This has been the most defining period of the season so far. To have four injured riders at any time is hard, for it to happen in a week is beyond belief. Still not knowing the full extent of all these injuries it's difficult to plan ahead. Just hoping the boys make a full recovery. Couldn't have come a more crucial time when playing top contenders like Coventry and Poole... Daniel Smith
There could be more bad news for the Stars. Ashley has been dropped by Plymouth which could bring incredible financial strain to the lad just having an EL side bringing in a minimum of £120 a meeting. For what is our 50th Anniversary season it's been incredibly unlucky so far. Hopefully the rumours on Schlein this morning are correct

tellboy
According to some Plymouth fans he was just starting to do ok for them. And he actually broke the track record there a few weeks back. He's young and has just come back from a long time on the sidelines.I hope he gets a place in the PL soon, maybe replacing a journeyman foreigner would make a change, instead of it being the other way around.

It would be nice to see for a change wouldn't it 👍🏻 Too many British riders losing their places Edited May 25, 2015 by mdmc82
Bagpuss
Morris has actually been doing quite quite well in the PL, wouldn't be surprised to see him snapped up quite quickly.
Panthers89
Morris has rode well in the premier league and in a few guest appearances, so to say been poor is taking the piss completely
Daniel Smith
Morris has actually been doing quite quite well in the PL, wouldn't be surprised to see him snapped up quite quickly. He's shown good moments with the Stars too, only lacking that bit of extra speed to hold his positions. He is probably the best tier 2 available so could be a big blow to himself & us if a PL team doesn't come quick enough.
Shale Searcher
Here's wishing Rooboy a quick, but more importantly a full recovery from his back injuries sustained yesterday in Poland.. Rory has been a very loyal servant to British Speedway.
stevebrum
TBF Morris has been in poor form so not sure him being dropped has anything to do with bad luck. Not so. He broke the track record a few weeks back and has upped his average. Plymouth are in poor form because of an underperforming team - including an out of form number 1. It was obvious Ash would be the first to go if they could strengthen up. Bad luck to the lad.
