Haza
I quite like the idea of PL for 2016 .. consistent fixtures, different teams, and more local derbies adding a bit of spice no thank you won everything in the PL need to get this monkey off our backs and win the EL . Need to come back at it harder and stronger next March .

We will never win the elite as Kingslynn will not throw money at the team like Poole and Swindon we had the chance to strengthen and did not bother, if you pay the top money riders will come and ride as Poole did when they signed Hancock. Totally agree with steve hone drop down to the premier and watch different teams every week and local Derbys, Edited September 8, 2015 by lynnboy
bigcatdiary
Oh dear, the home loss against Leicester the other week has come back to haunt the stars. Well at least you won't have to worry about Bjerre flopping in the play offs this year.

I believe your Panther's have lost far more at home than the Stars have this year. But neither side have anything to gloat over.....

Totally agree with steve hone drop down to the premier and watch different teams every week and local Derbys, it amuses me some have said the club lacks ambition so I no let's drop down a league ? To a league where a good 50% of fixtures ain't worth going to if we was to drop down hope we track a weak team as I can't be doing with 55+ home wins . I'd defiantly pick and chose my meetings . But neither side have anything to gloat over..... Good home form is important but it's not the be all and end all, good away form is better and means you invariably do well over the season. Our away form is the second best in the PL which is why we have qualified for the play offs. Their are only three EL teams with good away form this year and the stars aren't one of them, that's ultimately why you haven't made it.
Pirates Of Poole
Is there any truth in Robert leaving KL? I hear he has fallen out with management at KL and Borough.
proud panther
Kings Lynn failed to make the play offs because they wasn't ruthless enough when riders were out of form. Difficult one for me, because I like to see loyalty shown to riders. Having said that, couldn't see Ford putting up with Bjerres dismal performances all season.

But neither side have anything to gloat over..... Panthers have lost more matches at home than Lynn but so far they weren't as damaging as Lynns loss to Leicester. Have you thought that maybe Iversen might be at Poole next season as hes a Frost owned rider and with Darcy Wards situation they might look to Iversen and as Rick Frost has an interest in Poole it could happen. In a way Bjerre came to Lynn with Peterborough links and with Lambert doubling up from Lynn at Peterborough at least that evened itself out with the problems both teams encountered with the respective riders. Trees
Niels surely won't go to Poole, they have Holder and Magic anyways, no room for him 😊

Trees
I was all for sacking Ken when he stopped Bomber passing him at Poole. Is it correct that promotions don't pay bonus points anymore? If not perhaps that was why! id wager youll be seeing him a fair bit at poole next year. That will be so disappointing but if that is what he needs to do then so be it 😕 Edited September 8, 2015 by Trees
semion
Lets be honest about this. The season we have had is just about par for the course as a Kings Lynn Supporter. Never won the thing in all the years of trying, so whats new about this season where once again we have come up short ? With the Sport dying on its ar5e I think we are in for a very interesting winter. Or will it be another closed season of papering over the cracks ? Whatever happens at Lynn and whatever league we find ourselves in the one thing for certain is The Presentation certainly needs a massive re-vamp. Having read Chapman Junior's comments Buster could do far worse than go back to him, cap in hand, and pay what it takes to bring him back on board.

semion
Richard My good friend, I was there that night watching Jessup take a 15 point maximum. By 'The Thing' I mean the British League/Elite League title. Edited September 8, 2015 by semion
Trees
Semion needs an enthusiasm transplant If we could have kept our original team these last two seasons things may have been different ...... Of course things need to change, let's tell the management at the fans forum what we want/expect if possible

Star Lady
Are these recent comments, I'm intrigued to know what's said?. Agreed though, we need him back Me too! I know Jonathan could put peoples backs up but he did promote and publicise speedway. He was always willing to talk to folk, might not have agreed with them mind. I had several disagreements with him over the years bug we never fell out, respected each other's opinions and agreed to disagree. Can't say the same for the current incumbent. I doubt he'll come back tho he wants to succeed and let's face it speedway is dying on it's feet at present. Buster obviously has a budget and sticks to it, if that means speedway at Lynn in the future so be it, but count me out of watching so called Elite League cos basically I find it crap. I'll put my enthusiasm into the NL lads and if and when Lynn go back to PL I'll give that a go too. BTW well done Belle Vue now go out and win the bloody league! Now to get back to chiiling
