Apparently if neither team owns the rider then it goes on which team declared their full team first !! (New one on me) This is quote from S Star and regarding Redcar having first call on Stuart Robson over Coventry. Must be galling, after selecting your team and submitting it, another promotion comes along and wrecks your plans.

Roland
All the above is now a little irrelevant with what has transpired over the last 24 hours. Be interesting to see how this all ends, possibly in tears? We could be most troubled by this so an early announcement would be welcomed from within. dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Would be good to have confirmation from the club as to whether 2 or 3 are involved. Swindon for example have stated Morris is not affected.

Good to have that confirmed. Although he has British grandparents he doesn't actually hold a British passport as far as I know.
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Was a mentioned on BBC Radio Suffolk sports news. Quoted Chris stating he was confident that Rohan and Gino would be clear to start the season. No mention of Cam so that in itself shows no issue anyway. Baldyman
Isn't it strange that season tickets sales seem to go up every year, but the crowds only seem to get worse. Anyway, no mention of this work shop all promoters have to attend or when it is, cos I wouldn't have thought anything will be changing until these have been attended by all. CardinalSin
Still 7 weeks until the Billy Sanders memorial, had enough of the waiting now it's starting to drag a bit like. Can't wait to get back down there.
Baldyman
Me to, I don't care if it's freezing cold or damp, just want to hear and see some speedway racing. Any news anyone heard or read about the improved banking that was mentioned?

Hawkins has just explained why Manzares shouldn't get a permit. He's basically taking Ellis' team place.

ZODIAK
Without getting in to the intricacies of who should and shouldn't qualify for a visa and the qualifying criteria, purely from a fans point of view it would be a great shame in Manzares didn't obtain one as he was excellent entertainment last season. He's certainly been a good addition to the PL.
