LisaColette
jeez people read what i write properly. At the start of the season i thought he would let you down on the track. He hasnt he has been superb this year on many times i said i got it wrong. Something some Poole fans have trouble admitting. What i am right about is that what he has done is stupid (like Ward) and potentially has let him team down Answer me one question: If Janowski rides and struggles and Poole lose will you blame him for riding injured doing something outside speedway? No. Rickardsson once injured himself falling down the stairs. Can easily injure yourself at the gym. Where do you draw the line?
Grachan
No. Rickardsson once injured himself falling down the stairs. Can easily injure yourself at the gym. Where do you draw the line? Hans Andersen got injured riding a bicycle once. Allegedly.

I don't see Janowski struggling too much, he may settle for second when he could have gone all out for the win, more than usual but he is a good gater so if he gates he wins, can't see anyone troubling him. i think it will be a good meeting, hopefully the weather will not play a part in the result, ultimately i think we will have too much for the stars. krompa
Anyone with Poole riding order? Quick look at latest avarages: http://www.speedwaygb.co/14issues/el14_issue28.pdf Missing riders: Ward 9.04 Grajczonek 6.34 Milik 6.64 Replacements: Cook 6.05 King 6.71 Kennett 5.25 It seems that King can only replace Darcy (and will most probably ride at 1). Cook and Kennett at 2 and 4 but not sure which way round.
SCB
Hans Andersen got injured riding a bicycle once. Allegedly. And he tripped over while jogging. King is 6.11 He's in the Lakeside team now. I'm not sure they they still show the Birmingham team. so all 3 of them can replace all 3 of the missing riders.
stevebrum
He has said at the start of the season he would let us down and said it again as soon as it looked like he would be missing. Now he isnt missing has he praised his commitment for riding with 9 stitches in his arm? Up till this season Janowski has always underwhelmed me with pretty ordinary performances in the EL. This season however he has certainly looked the bright star his reputation offered. His commitment to Poole and the EL has been first class. Hopefully young Piotr will follow his lead once he turns 21. birmingham won the league poole won the play offs. hence birmingham did win something. not hard is it NO. There is no such thing. Birmingham merely topped the table going into the Play Offs. You get nothing for TOPPING the league anymore. Whether that is right or wrong is a clear hot debate. So you have no argument. stevebrum
You actually get nothing for winning the play-offs either - except a trophy, Nigel Pearson shouting even louder than ever, and a few pages in the Speedway Star. Ludicrous. You get exactly the same thing as in days gone by. A trophy and glory all rolled into one. Some blame SKY and the Play Offs for all that is wrong with Speedway. Personally i am delighted we have both. Its the governing body and constant rule changes that is turning people away IMHO.
foreverblue
Pawlicki has to be at 1 3 or 5. You're correct. I thought Milik had gone above Pawlicki in the averages, so the heat leaders are Ward, Janowski and Milik.
Chris Moss
if they get this meeting on it'll be a miracle, raining still in bournemouth, and apparently poole had a hard downpour about 30 minutes ago. bloody weather

lucifer sam
the play offs are only designed for sky anyway, birmingham were the true winners last season. Both the Premier League and National League have play-offs.... which have nothing to do with Sky. The play-offs keep interest alive in the season and are good money-spinners. They are here to stay. All the best Rob Edited October 6, 2014 by lucifer sam

Derwent
I can't imagine what the Super League bunch get ... SL clubs get £1.875m each per season, plus a £300k signing on bonus each for renewing the Sky contract
