SteveLyric2
Can Poole put a team out? One word really with all these guest riders... farce! Â Other than squads or some kind of regular guest riders who are a teams 8/9th men I don't have an answer myself. But what is clear, Poole will actually be an old fashioned friendly 'Poole Select' team. If I was a Poole fan I would be even more annoyed at Ward getting himself suspended now! Just as well you're not then!! The 7 riders in the skull and crossbones tomorrow are representing Poole so they will get the usual Poole support in a huge turn-out at Wimborne Road - subject to the weather.

Midland Red
Whatever happens in these Play-off, to me Poole are the league Champions, Right or wrong, fortunate or what, it was them who headed the league . ashtree123
Â Please correct me if I'm wrong, but you voicing a protection of Robert gives the impression your a family member. Taken on board what you say, I understand your concerns. But like you say about the forum and free speech, when you are in the public eye and fans pay to witness your sport they have the right to an opinion. It's all very nice when people are blowing sunshine up one's arse, but you have to take the good with the bad, the rough with the smooth. so you asking for some leniency, works two ways. Â Regardless of age, when you ride in a team you have a responsibility to that team and that should be uppermost in ones thoughts. You say about Robert starting at the bottom of the ladder in the Elite league, but he didn't and went straight into the main body of the team. Probably if he had rode this year as a FTR and also in the Premier league, he would have been able to progressed with less pressure. By putting himself in the shop window he will always get opinions, and some will not be good. Â Having seen many young talent over the years, Robert really impressed me last year. He showed all the attribute of a Champion. At 15 he was without equal. Sadly a year later things have changed. It has become a lot harder for him. other riders see him as a scalp and each race becomes more important. It's now that we need to see attitude. Â You say leave him to learn in his own time. Without doubt, an immense talent. capable of beating anyone. Will always be a sought after rider, but a Champion? ....... Dunno Sorry but I am no relation/close friend to the Lamberts Sorry If it sounded that I was protecting young Robert, I think Robert is well aware of his responsibilities to the team and has given it 110%, maybe things haven't gone to plan in all meetings, to which he would of reflected on and learnt from it, Due to bspa rules Robert was unable to ride in the premier league otherwise I think we would of seen him in a team. Totally agree with you that he is going to be open to loads of opinions and some not good, I have not said anything about him being Champion, that would be down to Robert himself if he wants that goal in life. But Gater1 is getting on my nerves, have your say about him and that's that......but to keep trolling on an on about it!!!!!
Steve0
BIRMINGHAM Again it's in your head - look back at the records and you will see that Birmingham didn't win anything! Â Just because you want something to be true doesn't make it happen! Â Looking back to last year records, I see Birmingham finished top of the Elite League and Poole finished fourth, and they had to bend a few arms to do that........... Â People are free to think what they like. Just because some nerds organise a 4 team tournament to glorify and end of season tele spectacular , doesn't necessarily make it right. Last year Birmingham lead the league challenge from the beginning to the end and were worthy league winners. Record will show that Poole won the allocade of Champions, but all they won was a 4 team tournament after scrapping into them by coming a distant fourth

Poole Quay 7
Magic committed to the Pirates cause sort of blows what a certain tool on here said out the water lmfao! Â Â Tool: (noun) Â 1.)" A guy with a hugely over-inflated ego, who in an attempt to get un-due attention for himself, will act like a jackass, because, in his deluded state, he will think it's going to make him look cool, or make others want to be like him. The person may even insincerely apologize later on, but only in an attempt to get more attention, or to excuse his blatantly intentional, and unrepentantly tool-ish behaviour."
