2ndbendbeerhut
The promotion would have known since the end of last season they were ineligible if they were doing their jobs right......
XTC38L
The promotion would have known since the end of last season they were ineligible if they were doing their jobs right......how would they have known? Campton still had 2 years left on his visa and met the criteria when it was applied for. He would have been back this year if he didnt have his visa cancelled and have to reapply

Lioness
Harness has already admitted that the clubs were visited before the end of last season and knew around September there would be issues and visas would all be revisited. Septembert was before the end of last season. Ergo that's how they would have known.
Najjer
How ironic eh Jenga? First your promotion were quick to open their mouths about Somerset's team in December and yet they've assembled a team with not just one eligible Aussie, but two of them! Not so whiter than white are they now? Â I along with many others have been saying for weeks that Campton isn't eligible.
madsteve
10.17 left to play with, you could either go with 2x 5.00 riders or maybe a 7.00 and a 3.00 combination  Riders available that I can see just at a glance:  Theo Pijper 7.09 Rusty Harrison 6.50 Steen Jensen 6.24 Tero Aarnio 5.54 Anders Thomsen 5.68 Chris Mills 3.74 Ashley Morris 4.31 Mathieu Tresarrieu 5.44 Andre Compton 5.59 Ben Wilson 4.86 Nico Covatti 4.19

2ndbendbeerhut
how would they have known? Campton still had 2 years left on his visa and met the criteria when it was applied for. He would have been back this year if he didnt have his visa cancelled and have to reapplylike has already been mentioned it was September that the promoters were warned, but I believe it was way before that they were told what would happen in future years if they continued to ignore the rules .....as for meeting the criteria, no he hasn't hence why he is ineligible for a visa. Tbh najjer you are on a lot of threads going off about this and that rider shouldn't/doesn't qualify for a visa when the last two seasons your club has tried to manipulate/break/change the rules with their teams declaration which in all honesty probably hasn't helped the situation with ukvi.

The previous incident involving Brady Kurtz had nothing to do with UKV&I as he wasn't a work permit rider. I have no defence for them this season and always said you can't defend the undefendable. Some say the BSPA said they would be a 5.00, others say they said 7.00. The reality is we will probably never know who actually said what.

You're not meant to look at the bigger picture, how dare you! Â Makes me laugh, Rusty Harrison has been mentioned a few times. He Australian and didnt ride in state finals and averaged less than 7. He's not eligible FFS! Just looked, Ash Morris and Adam Ellis fit in perfectly as replacements for Wethers and Campton. No excuses not to use them. dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Â Didn't stop Paul Starke last year :-) but he started with a sub 4 point PL average which is allowed.Adam is at 4 55 which isnt unless the regs are amended. SCB
Can Ellis sign though as already have EL and NL places? Sign a fake for the first week of the season. He cannot sign before the seasons has started but like Steff Nielsen last season can once it has begun.
