Crazy robin
Congrats Cov, someone's finally shut the Rosco gob and done us all a service. In the light of events elsewhere special mention for the Swindon promotion & the volunteers who covered the track. Great work by them but what a massive mistake not to cover the starting gates by the club.

brandonbee48
Great work by them but what a massive mistake not to cover the starting gates by the club. I'm sure a lesson learned for all clubs for next season- or maybe as early as next Monday and Wednesday.
Bee 26
Madness not to cover the start line, played right into Coventry's hands

Brandon
Chuffed to bits. That's a team performance on and off the track. Swindon not interested in the track whilst our lads rode it well. Feel for the Swindon fans after yesterdays effort. Roll on next week.
Dornier
A Coventry vs Poole final will be great for Sky.Poole have to get to the final first and its by no means cut and dried for them !!!
Starman2006
So, hands up all those Coventry fans and there were many many on here who were pulling Havvy to pieces before the season started saying he's a waste of time we don't want him as Manager? Well, all you know all's, or should i say, know nothings, he's got you to a final, and in that, you should be eternally greatful.. Agrotron
People assuming we will be in the final its not done and dusted yet anything can happen just look at tonight, and on that note I would like to congratulate the Coventry management, riders and fans on a committed display Swindon were pure sheet tonight Howarth in 15 was priceless.
Crazy robin
Has to be one of the most bizarre decisions for a long time. One of the worst in their history but I think tonight & this season has been about making some money & who can blame them for that. It cost them a chance of the final but whatever the track I think the riders would've choked anyway.
Agrotron
Oh and I forgot to mention Max again shown he is a great prospect

Amazing how riders like Doyley & Kyle have really kicked on since leaving Poole:-)

Steve0
Amazing how riders like Doyley & Kyle have really kicked on since leaving Poole:-) You are just leaving yourself wide open there - as they both last ride for Swindon!
yellowandblack
Pages 1-10 are now amusing to read on this thread, rather than just mildly irritating. Must say I was surprised too. Wasn't expecting that at all. Well done Bees. Can we keep Howarth and get Fricke next year?
thecoombdog
That has to be the worst display of gating ive ever seen from a team. Pathetic and not covering the start is no excuse at all. It was the same for Coventry. Very hard to be disappointed after that because we were pure gash! Hopefully Howarth rides like that in the final and puts one over Poole for dropping him last year. noggin
Guess it won't be long now for the Swindon 2015 thread to appear, I think tonight has shown how consistently inconsistent this team has been all season, when they get infront look like world beaters, when the going gets tough and tracks not to their liking be it home or away, then it's dummy spitting and a lack of application. TBH I hope none of our guys get a final guest pick after tonights no show.
