Redcar 2015.

And do you have evidence that this hasn't been forced on him? I think I believe my own statement!

i think your reply is rather silly - you have stated something as a fact with no evidence - I'm not claiming to know different to you but you have shown no evidence to back up your claim

Been following this with interest this asset system is Prehistoric and should be binned now, Self employed people in all walks off life are free to work were they please and are required, Speedway should be no different.

If this asset system was challenged it would ultimately lose under Employment law directives it is outdated and unfair.

What i will say though Matej Kus has put pen to paper with Redcar relatively quickly so suggests to me he was happy with the terms of the deal to say his hand was forced is ridiculous if Kus didn't want to sign for Redcar bottom line is he wouldn't.

http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/speedway/redcar-bears-aim-complete-team-building-8236997 Looking at this report in today's newspaper, it would seem that Brian and Matej had already had talks about his return to Redcar, before today.

Just read that he seem's very quick to mention negotiations with riders publicly and specifically that is twice he has named Glasgow and money on offer i really don't see what relevance this has naming another team in negotiations when they have offered a rider more money.

Trying to stir thing's up here is havvy he should just accept that sometimes you win some and other times you lose some he should just get on with his own teams affairs i have not seen anyone else mention money on offer by anyone else bar havvy smacks of being slightly jealous and not very professional.

I agree, but I was really highlighting the Kus situation.

Think you're reading between the lines there. That report is more about Redcar being gazumped by Glasgow over Kozza after agreeing a deal with the rider than the Matej Kus situation, which is reported fairly.

I am very happy to have Kus back, always been a big fan although he is a bit marmite with some Redcar fans, but if we are going to signing a gating foreigner, it may as well be one we know can be very good around STMP on his day.

As one of his sponsors in 2014, I wish Matej well who ever he rides for. I have no beef with Brian, Matej is a Redcar asset and if they want him back and the terms suit Matej, that is the end of the story. Everyone needs to move on now and accept it.

Redcar are right to demand twenty-one grand?

If I have something that I want, and I'm happy with it and then someone else wants it, I'm going to want paying a lot of money for it, higher than the going rate for such an item. How is this any different?

He was hardly going to say 8k was he in case Berwick said yes!

So reneging on a loan deal is OK then.

football clubs recall players from loan all the time

this is a bit of a non story that one or two people seem keen to get excited about

Berwick will just sign someone else relax

Only if the contract is not binding, or it is OK'd between the parties. In football loan deals ARE enforceable.
