RedcarRacer
makings of a decent line up....would like to now see Proctor, Franc and either Tom Perry or Raffal Konopka complete the line up Great call.
Studland Bee
Interesting to see Tom Perry's name mentioned by Whiteliner. I met Tom as a 15 year old when he was winning everything on the grass. I believe there is much more to come from Tom with the right guidance. I think having Tom in the team with Robbo, who knows Tom could be a good move. Stuart as we know has years of experience and could help Tom take it to the next level. Tsunami
Richard Lawson clearly not happy with Havvy snr comments, but then again wont be the first Havvy has he had his own version of events - not sure believe we could have landed Robert Lambert - surely Newcastle bound? http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/speedway/speedway-brian-havelock-delighted-lasse-8219278 Richard Lawson@RlracingLawson https://twitter.com/gazettespeedway/status/540172117904351232 … - Strange must have spoken to a different Richard Lawson. Sorry my 9.3 average was not good enough. #comical If we were going to get Lambert, I am sure Havvy would have announced it.
Justgotmecpc
More than happy with young Mr Bjerre, always performs well at STMP and should be as good if not better than Lawson. And that means no Worrall which is the icing on the cake. Richie had a lucky escape then ??

Tsunami
Oh dear Tsunami. A disappointing post from someone like you. I would have expected better. But it's true. Everytime Richie goes to STMP he seems to be involved in tussles, when they risk getting hurt. He seems like an easy target to take it out on, as it appeals to certain sections especially the Terrace bar. Remember the same individuals gave Tully the same treatment after completing a thrilling race to get second place, but falling off in front of the the terrace bar. The things that are said and gestured, is way below from acceptable behaviour. I would also remind people of the disgraceful comments that were said, and directed, towards Richie on your own fans website. There should be no place in the sport to read of fans hoping he gets killed, hurt, etc. Each track has it's idiots, but some tracks have more that their quota. I still enjoy my visits to STMP, but I am not impressed with the behaviour of a lot of their fans. Does anybody really think it is really acceptable. On the good side, they do have many other decent fans, and I usually stand with decent people, some of whom once asked if I would stand with them again cos they enjoyed the banter. And that's who I stand with when I go, plus HalifaxTiger. Edited December 4, 2014 by Tsunami

boz
With 3 riders left who do we think will fill the remaining places. I suspect Konopka will be a shoe in at reserve on a 3. Would like to see Proctor in but amazed if he does not go back to Sheffield. With a 3 point reserve would give us 12.16 for the remaining 2. Pepe Franc has always shown a liking for the STMP but not sure he would come over/what his other commitments are.

Riders like Fisher and Barker who have had arguably worse reactions never resorted to such disgusting behaviour but that is just the moarility of Worrall and most Diamonds fans it would seem. Don't knock and demonise a rider, and you won't hear the rider condemn you. OK

ch958
We've always had a rivalry going back to Blackadder, Owens, etc Blackadder nearly got me murdered one night as i was walking past the cenotaph on Linthorpe Road on the way home from a Diamonds match at CP me and my 2 mates were talking heatedly about Blackadder who had done something despicable as usual when a white bloke walked past with a black girfriend and assumed we'd commented about her and proceeded to attack me with a broken bottle. luckily my programme board was made of wood and i rammed it into his teeth and made my getaway. Programme board was ruined - covered in blood! Bit off topic I know!!
