arnieg
We've had threads in the past about record number of postponements due to rain (not to mention dodgy generators, lack of medical coverage and not enough spoons in the tea bar ), but.. This September looks like setting a modern era record. There has only been one match rained off (Cradley v Mildy) and even that reached heat 7. This is the lowest number of September call-offs since 1961 when just a single meeting got rained-off. Typical September figure is around ten - imagine where the play-offs would be if we'd had ten rain-offs this month
cityrebel
A very interesting statistic Arnie, let's hope this dry weather lasts for another month!
