Cue Ball
It did. Sheffield had their best result of the season against the Monarchs, we only lost by 2! We could have lost by more if Cook hadn't put in what can only be described as a lacklustre performance

Tigerite
Pretty pleased with that result considering the team we put out. Looking forward to next season, please let's have an injury free season !!!

spin king
A decent meeting, a very depleted Sheffield team, another defeat but to be honest I was quite happy with the result as we now finish our season and we look to next season. Interesting to see Masters and Sedgmen doing so well around Sheffield. Roll on 2015.
Tigerish
There was definitely an end of season atmosphere last night. Both team appeared to be going through the motions to avoid injury and/or fines for non completion of fixtures.
Bostonian
Thought Sheffield did well to only lose by 2 with the team full of guests again. Bellingo looked great, next season mr bates? Agree with 'tigerish' was a very end of season feel, could tell by the lower crowd also. Did anyone find out who the 'mystery rider' was? Didn't hear anything and didn't stay for the fireworks. And is it true Mr Screen won't be back next season? Be a great shame as I love the bloke and I'm sure he has helped out a lot of the riders this year with his experience and knowledge of the sport

spin king
I couldn't figure out what the mystery rider was all about. I thought it was Screeny. Was rumored to be Doug Wyer, but turned out to be Ash Birks.
