cheggie
Surely, depends who the assessed rider is After the past couple of years, I thought we'd be trying to avoid using anymore assessed riders!?! 16.31 left for two riders - I hope to god that would mean a 8 odd point rider and a proven 7 odd point rider instead.......

Any that would be available on Sundays and willing to ride in Scotland.....

This x 2. I feel surprisingly confident that this is the plan. Certainly matches the touted Summers and Lawson.

Would like too, but would rather Berwick spoke to them. Mind you when I saw Wolbert at the Golden Helmet, I did think why the hell did you not ride like that in theUK

nagy1
If the plans come through it should be a great place to watch the speedway. May fork out for hospitality too

highroad119
the back straight at ashfield is a great place to watch from, and it has a huge bank of grass behind it, be great if we could somehow get some form of basic seating into this area which would offer a raised, unobstructed view of racing. tyretrax
Talk is that the hill may be removed to allow new pits to be built on land outwith the present stadium.

tyretrax
That's a good question. My understanding is that it is held in trust. So it would depend on the conditions of the trust whether it could be sold.
Mr Blobby
The new owners are taking away the big hill on the back straight were the vans park plus the old dogs board on the the 3rd bend and building a restraunt/hospitality area there instead.
mac101
So far they have knocked down the pits and cleared it level and also flattened the mount on the first bend down to track level and taken away the old work shops think that might be where the new pits will be and the roof on the main stand is being replaced with stand being refurbed , the Hill where the vans park has just been levelled a bit lower think this will stay as it acts as a sound barrier but let's say it will look amazing when completed think the new owners are in process of purchaseing the complete stadium and rent the park back to Ashfield juniors , if you built it right and put right facilities in and price it right with a good team people will come
