tellboy
When ? Didn't he have a little slide off at Lakeside and then withdrew. Then a few days later was riding at Kent. This is one of the rules I don't like as it is so open to a little bending.
semion
Will Busters Team Talk be along these lines ?? But we in it shall be remembered- We few, we happy few, we band of brothers; For he to-day that sheds his blood with me Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,This day shall gentle his condition; And gentlemen in England now-a-bed Shall think themselves accurs'd they were not here, And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks 44-
stevebrum
Good luck to the Stars tonight. Everything seems stacked against them but it would be great if they showed there season long form in the Play offs.

Alan_Jones
Compton withdrew from the NLRC on Sunday, injured. What odds on him riding in Ht2,then withdrawing allowing Newman to take his other rides? (Except Ht9 of course) He wasn't injured, it was a migraine. BritPete
I really believe that KL will win this, maybe quite comfortably too. It has been hot here in Shanghai, but the heat has definitely not affected my logic! Quite simply, Poole look weak. Go KL!
krompa
Pawlicki has just hit great form in the right time for Pirates. Magic will fly as he is in his best right now. Milik will do good as he likes the track. Newman better than Kerr at the moment. 2 key riders for Poole are King and Cook (both a bit unpredictable but with plenty of potential). If Poole can find right set ups from the start, nothing will stop them tonight IMO.
semion
She looks like a Billy-no-mates there Maybe the more experienced fan has been cornered by her before. Bless her Magic will fly as he is in his best right now. I am hoping the real piece of 'MAGIC' will be Buster with his wand out on that track. I wont mind if Buster sets it up with a spot or two of home track advantage, for a change. He certainly has the tools for the job.
salty
Poole for me , with Newman as the trump card.

Star Lady
Currently raining 2 miles from track. Not a downpour by any stretch but it's steady. EDIT Track has now had 40 minutes of natural watering. Still steady not torrential. Doesn't look like stopping any time just yet. EDIT Track has now had 40 minutes of natural watering. Still steady not torrential. Doesn't look like stopping any time just yet. Looking on this site http://www.raintoday.co.uk/ looks like there is a batch of steady rain but clear after that. Depends how dry the track was before the rain. Rain was forecasted and it has been dry recently so maybe the track can take the rain. Keep your fingers crossed
foreverblue
So there is hope, a bit of rain never did a track any harm so long as it doesn't last too long Edited September 29, 2014 by foreverblue

But speedway can drum up some funny results sometimes and we are hoping tonight could be one of those days. Still think its wrong that a heat leader is allowed to replace a second string. As usual half baked ideas when the rules should have been sorted properly. Cooks scores could determine the winner of this semi-final ,
