The Third Man
Anyway back to the team, anyone think Jason Bunyan could do a job for us?
Cue Ball
3 or 4 years ago I would have loved to see Bunyan ride for us, but think he is past his best. Would much prefer Andre or Wilson unless anybody can come up with a better suggestion
spin king
Anyway back to the team, anyone think Jason Bunyan could do a job for us? Possible, but the problem for me is that his average is below 5 and that would mean putting a young raw rookie in Arthur Sissis in the main body of the team. One name not seen mentioned and he rides Sheffield well is Mathieu Tresarrieu, get him into the team and we still have Sissis at reserve. Isnt he another one that misses meetings through long track tho ? I think without having a list of available riders on or around taylors average Kurtz would be the option for me !!!! AD1974
If Sheffield could get him to screw his head on straight for a full season Tresarrieu would be my favourite I think. I guess commitment might be the issue? Not sure if I've missed something but surprised there haven't been any mentions for Kalle Katajisto? Notice he stopped riding for Plymouth around June last season so not sure if he had an injury or some other issue which is the reason why he's not over here this year but his average fits perfectly? On average Todd Kurtz is definitely the other obvious choice - would he get a visa OK, and sorted in time now? I guess there are question marks over all the options about fitness, commitment or even wanting to ride or they'd be fixed up with a side already. From last season Franc, Thomsen, Aarnio, Compton and Lemon are the other options. Got to be a rider over 5 points to give Sissis a start at reserve but even beyond that issue we'd be starting well below the points limit with someone like Ben Wilson - would make more sense to be looking at changing another rider if they were going to go down that route. Charlieboy
Don't think Kurtz needs a visa and I heard katajitso was a bad lad last time he was over here !!!!!!!
OdsalBoy
Todd Kurtz would be my ideal choice. A name that did pop into my head was Pontus Aspgren, what average would he come in on ? sorry if thats way off the mark but just wasnt sure. As far as I understand Lemon has retired to manage B/Vue and Compton has not ridden since his big off so they surely neither can be in the frame for a team place. SteadyFan79
Hall & Klindt for Poole & Sissis ? The promotion have already said that they want to replace Taylor without any disruption to the rest of the team so Arthur is safe in my opinion
