SCB
Anyone know what Ty's E.L. Average was last season? 5.27 with bonus points or 4.77 without.

Friddy75
Great fantasy speedway game. Anyone fancy trying to beat me in the Sheffield supporters league? http://win2008.speedwayleague.net/index.asp
romans lovechild
Great fantasy speedway game. Anyone fancy trying to beat me in the Sheffield supporters league? http://win2008.speedwayleague.net/index.asp a bit misleading is that, as it says the game is free to enter, so I thought go on have a look, then says you will pay at the end. SteadyFan79
There was a piece in the speedway star this week where Alex Harkess said that some riders were in possession of a valid visa and they are in the country and ready to ride so the fact that Ty is in the country and has been practicing at Scunthorpe tells me that Ty is one of those Riders

Tsunami
He could be here on a visitors visa. And therefore not entitled to practice.

SCB
Must admit, I'm confused as to how Ty gets a permit but Poole doesn't. Ty doesnt meet the criteria any more than Poole.
comet49
Don't know if I'm missing something here but Tai is British, hasn't he rode for the GB team, maybe got dual nationality.
customhouseregular
Unless i am mistaken the Ty in question is Ty Proctor, not Tai Woffinden.
spin king
Don't know if I'm missing something here but Tai is British, hasn't he rode for the GB team, maybe got dual nationality. Ty is Ty Proctor, and is Australian. Tai is Tai Woffinden and is British. Must admit, I'm confused as to how Ty gets a permit but Poole doesn't. Ty doesnt meet the criteria any more than Poole. Something that has been playing on my mind as well. I have read through the criteria and struggle to find where is fitted in. Maybe he failed to ride enough meetings last season and for reasons for his Visa he has been allowed to use his previous years average instead. comet49
Yep of course Ty Proctor. Just given myself a good double shake 😁
SteadyFan79
It sounds like Ty was issued a new visa under the 4 point elite league rule before the problem started and therefore it was only suspended where as the doubts over Taylor's fitness meant no visa was applied for therefore he had not got a valid visa before the problems with UKVI
Najjer
It sounds like Ty was issued a new visa under the 4 point elite league rule before the problem started and therefore it was only suspended where as the doubts over Taylor's fitness meant no visa was applied for therefore he had not got a valid visa before the problems with UKVI So you're saying Proctor qualified using the old criteria which we've been told by the BSPA is no longer valid?
