signing nobody and running rr would be a bigger waste of time in my humble opinion.

Need to sign two riders then.

I'm guessing (and I haven't checked) by dropping LK and Christian and bringing in Lewis R and Lambert we would still be under (or on) the 42.50 limit?

Also, would he sign for a team with only 6 (I think) matches (minimum) left?

I thought 5, but he would miss Friday, ironically Peterborough, as they could not sign him now for Friday. Peterborough, Redcar, Glasgow X2, and Rye House. PLRC would not be available to him.

But there could be other teams within the play-offs looking for riders is what I meant

Yes, you are correct (I counted Berwick in as the 6!) it's 5.

You said running rr would be a greater risk but it was still a great meeting.

all it takes is one rider to get injured early on and you have no chance, esp in a cup semi final.. whats the standard of the meeting got to do with it??

But there could be other teams within the play-offs looking for riders is what I meant

of course there will be, was just a suggestion to plug gaps with 2 riders currently injured.

What about Plymouth away, Edinburgh home and away, and the KOcup final, of course ;) Edited by ruffdiamond

I somehow had a good feeling about Tero Aarnio at his first meeting...grabbed his autograph after and he said it would be better next week...apart from that being rained off, he has not disappointed! I for one would love to see this rider in Diamonds colours in 2016.

I was not at Peterborough tonight, but 2 points for my favourite rider Ludvig seems a bad day at the office. Decent efforts from Worrall and Nielsen. Thanks to our guest for helping to keep the score close. Anton seems to continue to struggle but at least he had enough fight to mostly keep out of the last places. His starts at Brough Park have been leaving him too much to make up, perhaps that was the case tonight...?

I am sure someone far cleverer than I will put up a link, but Lewis Kerr has just been on our regional news programme Look North. In it he thanked everyone for their support, and also said he will be back racing at the start of 2016.

That sounds like great news, al watch it later,,, haven't gotta clue how to put links up tho :)

There are links on the BSF which will take you straight to the interview.
