Tsunami
Lindgren is Captain this year - I wish him all the best. I never said that he couldn't Team Ride by the way - I think I said that he Team rode nowhere near often enough. I look forward to seeing him Team Ride a bit more often when I come to Brough for the Cup Meetings. I want to give the lad a chance to prove himself as Team Captain and Team Rider this year. Why not go the full hog, and return for ALL the meetings, instead a cutting your nose off to ...............
ruffdiamond
Is that Lindgren team riding in the picture and looking across to see where Lewis is? Didn't think he could team ride according to some if you believe everything that people say,,, you'll most probably end up disappointed ;-)
Chewbacca
Ian Thomas used to promote speedway. Wish a few more did it these days.
SCB
You will probably remember at Newport, when he insisted that a certain rider(same average ?) had to ride in the Newport team, whilst all along he knew he was wrong. But he got away with it and Worky won. Got me my first BSF warning that "incident" did You know what though, is big a git as he was, Ian Thomas was great for speedway. You had to love him in a weird sort of way.
ruffdiamond
HAS ANYBODY GOT ANY IDEA ON WHO WILL START OUR SEASON AS OUR NUMBER ONE ??? The clue is in the title of the topic 'Newcastle 2015',,,

I took the Gems team to Worky, and he accused us(me and Kenny) of trying to get the meeting called off late in the meeting due to the sloppy track. An argument started in the pits, in front of the ref, and Thomas had to be dragged away. It was shortly after he had been diagnosed with heart trouble. It is an important season for him under the team Revolution banner and although he won’t start the season at number one, it will be his aim to finish there." I have just looked at the final averages on BSPA and they are as follows: L Kerr - 7.54 S Worrall - 7.46 L Lindgren - 7.12 C Henry - 6.69 A Rosen - 6.61 So by my reckoning it should be Lewis Kerr, I am not sure if the final averages have Bonus Points on them and whether these need to be factored in which may alter the above averages and therefore make S Worrall our No. 1??? Answers on a postcard to: WHOISTHEDIAMONDSNO1FOR2015 c/o Newcastle Speedway Newcastle Stadium Somewhere up north etc Edited February 11, 2015 by diamond@heart

The White Knight
Reductions are for team building, not riding order. If that's the case - then it will be Lewis Kerr.
Arson fire
Reductions are for team building, not riding order.yes and the highest goes to number one?? Or it did?? Kerr's reduction will take him below Worrall??
ruffdiamond
yes and the highest goes to number one?? Or it did?? Kerr's reduction will take him below Worrall?? so, we can assume that Worrall doesn't get a reduction, even tho he came from the NL, into the PL only just before last season on a 3, or did anyone try that option/route ??? Sure Scb will keep me right though He was on a 3 because his scoring was next to nothing the season before.
