So why make six signings knowing that the side is going to be over the limit it just makes no sense. They haven’t, neither have Berwick, but some clubs don’t get the favourable decisions as often as others do. It is pretty logical actually, Berwick probably haven’t been given confirmation yet that the side is going to be over the limit. If you sign six riders leaving 1-66 for your last rider then you`ve signed a team over the limit and illegal, giving the limit is 42-50.
