Rymel does quite a bit of work with the younger riders in Czech, though I`m sure will already have an extensive knowledge of all the younger riders from around Europe and further afield. Agree most will look to Poland first, but I suppose if you don't try you never get.

YAMYAMBANDIT
Looking in the right country for Krcmar might help lol Which country do you want to look for a Czech rider. Eduard Krcmar rides for Slany and for CZ, he would come to the UK on a 7 point ave. would probably want EL if he came to UK.

YAMYAMBANDIT
Interesting comments by Kus in the Speedway Star this week: Would love to be back at Berwick next season and gets paid on time. Matej has thouroughly enjoyed his season at Berwick, and would dearly like to return in 2015. Berwick has always paid it's riders on time, the current promotion continued what Peter Waite was famous for, that is paying his riders on time.

Absolutely. Which would you prefer, £45 per point, paid in cash the following Saturday night or £75 per point, never paid in full anyway and the other part after months of wrangling?

Berwick has always paid it's riders on time, the current promotion continued what Peter Waite was famous for, that is paying his riders on time. It's well known in the sport regarding Berwicks wages policy which is correct, the sad fact about the sport is that all the Promotions can't stick together pay a sensible points rate that they can all afford and be a viable Club. But that will never happen to much one-upmanship among Clubs run mainly by enthusiasts with money that soon diminishes once the wages bill lands on their lap.Set a pay rate if the riders don't want to play tell them where to go,it's better than being Champs at the end off the season and Bankrupt .The crowds I have seen around the country certainly are not paying for the running costs of the majority of Clubs. topsoil
The pay sensible rates and on time policy Berwick employs probably won't attract any superstars to the club but will ensure the club's existence in the current climate and long may that last.
