bigcatdiary
If Lambert is a Lynn asset then Leicester have priority thanks to a change in the rules. The question is whether Blackbird is an Ipswich or Mildenhall. If it's Ipswich then Panthers get priority but if it's Mildenhall know one knows who gets priority! I was told today that only applies to riders in the teams 1-5 NOT fast track reserves. Edited December 15, 2014 by bigcatdiary
Noodles
I was told today that only applies to riders in the teams 1-5 NOT fast track reserves. Thanks for clarifying this. Good to know we will have priority over Lewis and Simon. Just hope now that Robert won't miss too many matches. Bagpuss
If the fixtures are planned with a bit of common sense clashes should be minimal. People moaned about the amount of clashes between double uppers and FTR's clubs last year and rightly so, the planning of the fixtures was absolutely rank. Panthers89
Just give us a rider who will give 110% and be competitive. Wonder what our riding order will be, will they stick Lewis and Lambert together? I'd personally go: 1. Allen 2. Roynon 3. Lewis 4. Ully 5. Lambert 6. Lambert S 7. Whoever. proud panther
Ulrich at 5 for me. Simon Nielsen at 7 seems the best option, if he isn't going to Newcastle.
TheScotsman
Ulrich has to be at 5. Very important position riding with 2 low average reserves.
Bagpuss
Indeed, had to be Ostergaard. You don't put an inexperienced rider who will be going to many tracks for the first time with a reserve for three of his heats.

proud panther
Think you could be right bruv. Pleased to have Johnno back as team manager, thought he did really well in difficult circumstances last season.
PE7Panther
I'm happy with how things are shaping up. The main thing, of course, is that Panthers are still running. I'd prefer it if we were in the EL - ideally with Hans Anderson at No.1 - but there's no point in even thinking about that. PL is better than no Panthers! And although I still have nagging reservations about this management team and how they're going about it, they deserve our full support - and they'll certainly get mine. What I do like is the fact the team is full of riders who give you the feeling of being "our boys". They're not just a bunch of riders who are totally "new" to Pboro Panthers and who have been brought in from here, there and everywhere - like we've had in the past. And it's great to have so many Brits. Plus the TM is a long-time Panthers fan. I just hope they get somebody half-decent for the 7th spot - and please not Dilger. I think many would endorse these sentiments and reinforces the view that those of us who still wish we were in Elite League would rather have Premier League than nothing. Regarding Management I hope I am wrong in suspecting that things are getting a bit cliquey.
