It can't be any worse than the shambles it is now. Empty vessel?..never been called that before..I've seen you've been called a few things in the past so I'll decline to add to it because my vessel is just to empty to think of anything.

I see "moorwell" has had my post about the BSPA being more corrupt than FIFA removed..how about you and your bunch of clowns who make British speedway worse than tinpot remove yourselves from the sport and let someone with dignity govern the sport who don't have any conflicts of interest?

i have had nothing removed and wouldnt want to but if you persist in using the word corrupt in todays social media be prepared for the consciences.I have been nothing but honest and you ought to look at your own team make up to see that the rule book was twisted a bit in the interests of british speedway to allow a young british rider to gain exsperiance at premier level so less of the insults as i dont know why i bother

Sadly it is you that hasn't a clue about the management of a sport financed by the promoters, decisions made by them, and you suggest they get removed and let someone else with dignity govern the sport. Pray tell how you remove the owners of clubs with their agreement, and allow an independent to advise/rule on things which could lose promoters money.

So you agree that the promoters are the problem, coupled with a turkeys not voting for Christmas mentality. The lunatics are clearly not going to vote themselves out of running the asylum so we're stuck with our current impressive administration that serves our sport so well. Is what you're saying?

NO, and that's not what I said or implied, but you knew that. As you say, in a roundabout way, you agree that hard working people who have put large amounts into an entertainment business are not going to easily accept an independent person/committee to tell them how to lose more money. But obviously you and a few others think they would be stupid enough to do so.

But life and many sports work like that. Hard working people spend their money without ultimate control. Why should speedway be any different? The only stupid thing is to continue with a system which has delivered British Speedway's current product and loses the promoters money. However, with the mentality of independence will only make it worse so we'll not make the effort and cope with our losses and customer discontent, then good luck to them, they'll need it. As a self proclaimed success story yourself who's seen it from both sides of the fence, you're surely just the type of bloke they need at the helm. Sustainable speedway (until they break that) of one big Prem/NL combo can't be too many years off.

Quite an interesting quote that, now it is confirmed, speedway is not a sport but is an Entertainment business.

That is an Ex promoters view, its not a go at you Tsunami but it shows how promoters think of Speedway.

He didn't say that speedway isn't a sport. It is part of the entertainment industry though. People pay their hard earned to be entertained. Considering the overall product I think it's clear that promoters don't think like that (or at least see the big picture). Frost & Mahoney did but continually got the team on track element wrong, not helped by those in charge who like losing money making business decisions on their behalf.

Be aware of what consciences?..I havnt a clue what you are on about and your ploy to fool us that you are someone of importance doesn't fool anyone. Get a dictionary....anyway, enough of all that rubbish..back to speedway, if it is to be grondal can't we fit Royman back in and axe Konopka? (harsh I know but a shocking signing) Edited by Lukas

The reason promoters lose so much money is likely down two main reasons, riders being paid too much and not enough supporters paying to watch. I notice it's already started this year with various promoters calling for the sport to cut costs.

I refer you to 2792 - simple answer No

Also it has now been stated Roynon is at Redcar for the remainder of the season so you can forget him from future team change deliberations.

Have faith Konopka will come good

Well he improved on his zero for us by getting a point or 2 for Ipswich so heading the right way.

Haha.... his 1st point he beat an equally poor Simota (who always struggles, maybe due to the big crash he was involved in) and his 2nd was after Holder had been excluded so was in a 3 rider race!
